I liked this product because it is truly mild. the heat level is mild but the flavor is still good.

i fried this sausage with green pepper strips and onions and a little tomato sauce. We put the sausage,peppers,& onions in hogy bun and it was just like eating fair food! fantastic!

This was wonderful my 4 & 2 year olds just loved it with pasta very easy to cook used the the sausage and choped it into slices the kids and my hubby could not get enough will be buying again

Yum! Two thumbs up from the entire family and my 8 and 4 year olds who begged for the leftovers the next couple of days at lunch. It was great on pizza, alone as the entree and in other dishes.

I just grilled them with onions and peppers. Everyone loved them!!

Love the mild sausage so it can be a backdrop for other components for the meal. It was versatile and I used it grilled (cooked in beer) with mashed potatoes, stir fried with peppers and onions, and with as a breakfast as a scramble with eggs cooked into a turnover and a side of potato pancakes.

Loved this product since it is so versatile. Used the meat for spaghetti and in a bun. Loved by the kids and the hubby which is a big plus.

My family LOVED the mild italian sausage! We served it with penne pasta & pasta sauce and people were fighting over who got the leftovers for lunch the next day!

I absolutely loved this product!! I used it in my personal lasagna recipe for a bit of a twist and what a hit!! The flavor was very pleasing to the palate and not overly greasy like some other brands that I have tried in the past. Will be a staple in our kitchen from now on!!

I used the Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage in my spagetti that I usually use hamburger with and my whole family raved about what did I do differently and how good it was. I will continue buying the mild sausage instead of hamburger. It was great!

I really like the flavor of this one, my family would agree. We've cooked it in a couple of our dishes, including adding it to our pasta sauce. Great flavor!

I ended up buying both, the mild and sweet varieties. I loved them both but the sweet was really excellent and I used them in different ways. I was especially grateful for the package that came with the meat already ground so I didn't have to remove it from the casing. I made traditional lasagna with half the sausage and half ground beef and everyone loved it! I also made a dish with just pasta, butter, romano cheese and the mild sausage and it was delicious as well. I have to say that I loved testing the sausages and will have to try the hot next time. I even decided to try the Johnsonville Bratwurst and LOVED that also!

Everyone loves the mild sausage. we like to stir fry pieces in rice. yummo.
