Excellent brush for the price I think I paid a dollar or two for this brush. I haven't noticed hairs falling out like you might expect from a cheap brush. It does what I need it to and didn't cost a fortune.

good budget brushes ELF brushes are very economical and good quality. I have many of their eye and face brushes. You really can't go wrong for the price!

This is the best eyeshadow brush I have ever used. The brush is very soft. It is densely packed so you can pack on a lot of color. The brush is sturdy and the design is very nice. Also, the price is unbeatable!
