I think this is a handy product. I got one for my mom for mothers day and she really likes it. We have jumbo sized coffee mugs so we have to run two cycles, a big cup then a small cup, and its perfect. I love the fact you can use different flavors for each cup if you want.

LOVE making coffee one mug at a time, any flavor i'm in the mood for. An amazing machine. I use it at my parents' house frequently, but it's annoying to have to refill the water, and does it request distilled, or is that just my mom being neurotic? I think i'm just spoiled by the larger fabulous machine we have at work that is hooked into a filtered water line...I still recommend this product highly and am very satisfied with the Keurig!!!

I don't want to go back to a conventional coffee maker again! I love my Keurig Special Edition. In the mornings, I can just pop a k-cup in the dispenser, press a button and am ready to walk out the door with a hot, fresh cup of coffee in less than a minute! And, if I prefer, I can have apple cider, hot tea, chai, or many other things. I also have a "My K-Cup" that I use when I am out of the pre-made k-cups or if I just want a special coffee that isn't available in that form. I can enjoy my favorite beans with little effort at all! I highly recommend this maker!

I love my single coffee cup machine. I only have time for one cup in the morning, and this machine makes the best tasting. I sometimes prefer it to the larger cup machines. I also enjoy a cup once in a while in the evening, and this keeps me from having to brew a whole pot.

I love the coffee maker and would give it five stars, except mine started malfunctioning (brewing only "short cups" or not at all despite being descaled and other measures recommended by the company). However, it was still under warranty and Keuring sent me a brand new one to replace it! I am the only coffee drinker in my house so this works great. Also good for quickly getting hot water for tea and hot chocolate. Wish you could recycle K-Cups though...feels wasteful...

Still not up to par with non-electric espresso machines but a quick way to make a cup of joe on my way out to work in the morning

We've had our Keurig about a month and a half now. I am lazy when it comes to making coffee, and you just can't beat the ease of this machine. Pop in a kcup and press a button! Nothing to clean out, just easy! Since my husband and I have different tastes in coffee, this is perfect, as we can choose which kind we like better. I do have a few concerns. I do feel it seems wasteful, and I have been trying to grind my own beans and re-use the kcups - which defeats the purpose of the ease of the Keurig. Plus, we have had the issue of the word "Prime" showing up on the display - and customer service seems to think it's because we use ice cold water from our filtered refrigerator; he suggested bottled room temperature water or tap water. Overall though, easy to use and makes a decent cup of coffee, once we figured out which ones we liked!

I have both a Keurig coffee pot and a cuisinart coffee pot and I like both of them a lot. I drink a lot of coffee, hot chocolate and tea which is why we love the keurig but I still could not part with my Cuisinart pot when I purchased this one. The Keurig is great when I am in a hurry and need something on the go the cuisinart brews the best between the two though everytime.

Okay, so I've tried this "Newer" model Keurig coffee maker, and an older "model" (one that is a little more than a year old), and I must say...both make great tasting coffee, but the quality is seriously lacking in the new model. The plastic is thinner, and needle the punctures the top of the k-cup used to be metal (as it is in the older model), and I really don't like the way the newer one opens. The newer one, just feels cheap and cost about twice as much as I paid for my older one.

I think this product is great for using on your weekends when everyone can pick out their own flavor. It is convenient and easy to use. I would give this as a present

I have been happy with my Keurig because I am not a coffee drinker. My husband and kids drink coffee and I drink tea. The Keurig, unlike other machines, does not leave me the taste of coffee in my tea. But on the flip side the k-cups get expensive after a while and you can't just buy one or two to try so if you don't like a particular flavor, you still have a bunch of them.

Good stuff! This was a nice birthday present. Unlike the cheaper machines, this one has room for a big, tall cup. It also makes a nice, strong cup. I don't love the fact that only Keurig pods can be used; my Phillips freebie will take any tea or coffee bag, or even a loose collection of leaves if I want to clean out the removable strainer afterward. I like my Keurig a lot, but I wouldn't necessarily pay the premium for it over other single-serve machines if I were the one doing the purchasing.

I received this product as my Valentine's gift this past year. It was a replacement for the portable Keurig I owned. This is nice brewer. I didn't give it a 5 star rating because it doesn't brew enough coffee at 1 time to fill my coffee cup. I don't mean a HUGE mug either. I own the ceramic travel mug with the silicone grip on it from Bed Bath & Beyond. I am guessing it may be 16 ounces. This brewer set on the largest setting only partially fills it---so I have to brew another cup on the smallest setting(which brews too much and will cause it to over flow if Ileave my original mug in place. Then I have to pour the coffee from the small mug into my larger one to top it off & have a couple ounces left. this is just annoying to me. Next time I will select my Keurig an it will brew a large enough cup of coffee. But since this was a gift---I can't complain. My usband doesn't drink coffee---so he had no idea what he was buying. I only drink flavored coffee---so this is ideal for me. It does become expensive if you brew more than 1 cup a day----so I bought the refillable cup to make my own K-cups with coffee as well as loose tea.

The PROS: My husband love the ease of use and the fact that we're not wasting as much coffee anymore . We used to throw a lot of leftover coffee away. Now we just make cups as we want them. We've also been enjoying the different flavors that are available, as I'm more of a dark roast/flavoured coffee person and he likes the lighter blends. We also received the refillable "My k-cup" with ours, so we can make single cups with our own coffee. The CONS are more of just a little downside.... the cups are expensive and I haven't seen them go on sale very often. Also, with the refillable MY K-CUP, the directions state to use a "coarser grind, similar to a a french press grind". Well, we haven't got that quite figured out yet- at this moment i'm drinking coffee-colored water because I'm out of k-cups :-(. All-in-all a super prodruct. We got ours as a wedding gift in May and we haven't had any malfunctions, other than our own :) I'd probably rate this product more of a 4 1/2 stars, than a 4, but that's not an option. Was recommended by a friend and I would recommend as well.

I love my Keurig (almost all of the time). It's great that I can make just one cup of coffee with minimal clean up. I can pick and try new flavors. It's ready in about one minute! I do have a hard time finding travel mugs that fit inside, most re too tall. Also, sometimes the machine doesn't want to make a full cup. I have to run water through it and poke around to clean it out again to help it out. Then it'll work again for a while.... Finally, if I don't get my coffee off quick enough it gets cold. So overall, I love it, I'm running out the door I make it, grab it and go. I just wish I could find some perfect travel mugs.
