very easy coffee maker, love the pods it uses but my only complaint is the temperature of the coffee is not very hot. the company tells me the temp should be 192* I put a thermometer into only got 180*. its hot but could be hotter.

I love mine but I sometimes wish it would fill my cup all the way up. Other than that it's a god send!

does make quick hot coffee. but the cleaning system is not that great so its not the freshest coffee maker.

Good Not Great Product Like this Unit but feel if you don't use it daily seem to have a problem with it wanting to work so think there is a bit that can be improved so have had to replace my unit and don't use it on a daily basis

i bought a keurig coffee maker in january for my husband who is an avid coffee drinker. we got the insert cup so you can put your own coffee in it because he is very particular about the coffee he drinks. although the cups of coffee you can purchase work well in it, when you use the insertable cup, coffee spews everywhere. we tried more than 1 keurig and ended up returning them all for the same reason. it's great if you dont mind paying a lot of money for those little cups of prepackaged coffee...and dont mind the environmental impact of all of that waste....but if you want the cup for your own coffee, you should try another brand. we bought a zosirushi and love it a lot.

After spending this kind of money on a coffee maker, I expect more. The water is not hot enough is my biggest complaint. Ill stick to my French press.

It is the best coffee maker. Mine just stopped working within a month and when I contacted them their response was they can't do anything.

I don't get these machines, and I never will. The coffee is alright, sure, but the waste you make with it? Not worth it. You can easily get a coffee maker for cheaper (or get a really nice one for the same price) and not throw out a wad of plastic every time you make a cup of coffee (plus the box it comes in). In my opinion, the convenience isn't worth the excess garbage you create. You can get better tasting coffee on the stove with a cafeteria. I'm glad I was able to try this at my friend's before I gave into the marketing because I don't personally feel comfortable putting that much excess waste into the environment unless I absolutely have to.

I loved my Keurig. Very convenient! However, when it was apparent roaches had nested in the unit I had to throw the entire unit out. Very disappointed.

Dies after a year I have gone through 3 keurig I love them when they work but they have a bad habit of going bad and at the cost they are just not worth it .

Keurig I had one if these years ago it was good but it got dirty really easy.

Coffee is disgusting, plus very expesive.
