Love coffee. I am a coffee drinker to the extreme. I am also on the go a lot. This is an amazing coffee maker. I start it up when I'm getting ready in the morning and my coffee is ready to go. It's also easy to clean.

Convenient This is so convenient when you have little time in the morning. The one thing I wish they would make is non plastic k cups.

Big saving and no need to go out to grab coffee! Thanks to this machine I'm able to get my single cup coffee every morning while working from home. No need to make a full pitcher, no need to do the daily cleanup. Best part is I can enjoy the coffee anytime I need, without even going to the shop at the corner. Thumb up!

durable I gave this to my parents 5+ years ago and it's still running! My only complaint is that the water reserve is not as big as my keurig so you have to refill it more often.

Coffee tastes great but I returned mine. Not make the coffee hot enough. I had to microwave each time I got a cup in order to make it hot..

We use it in the waiting room where I work. People always say how good and hot the coffee is from it. The only thing I do not like is that the place to refill the water is very hard to clean.

I have mixed feelings about my Keurig. I've had it for almost 2 years, and I've had my ups and downs with it! First of all, I love the convenience of just making once cup...and it's always hot! It's very easy to use, and you don't have to clean a pot after you make your coffee. Cons: don't really like the k-cup coffees. I'm a Starbucks girl, so I gladly grind my beans and use the reusable filters. There have been two times that my Keurig has malfunctioned and after a lot of headaches, descaling, calls to the company for support, and replacing the reusable filters...I got it working again. I had the same coffee maker before my keurig for about 6-7 years, and I never had a single issue with it. I think there are still some improvements to be made for such an expensive product. My mother has also had trouble with her Keurig. I think once this one finally dies, I'll probably go back to using a regular old coffee maker!

My husband received this coffee maker as a birthday gift in 2008. We enjoyed it for about two years - we loved the convenience of single-cup brewing, and it was really handy when we both commuted to work. After the first couple of years, though, we started experiencing problems with the device. The product was out of warranty due to its age, and no matter how clean we kept it, we were often not getting ANY liquid out of the device. We were either getting no coffee or two-cups worth of liquid. We found it would cost nearly 60% of the initial price of the device to repair it, so we wound up replacing it with a traditional coffee maker with a timer.

I am torn... I love the machine, however, after owning it for a while and doing the required "descaling" every 3-6 months, I have had two stop and completely shut down on me. The good news is that the company replaces the unit, but the bad news is I go without coffee for two days while waiting for a new one... I will say though that since my husband and I drink coffee at different times throughout the day it is so convenient to have it at the touch of a button however we like it without having to brew a whole pot, and we can also use it for iced beverages. Very convenient, cost effective, and I don't think I could live without it, but it can be frustrating at times

My son purchased this for me for Christmas before last. Do have mixed feelings about this. Love the fact that it is simple and easy to use, not to mention convenient to have a fresh cup of coffee on demand. the down sides are the K-cups can get expensive, and if you like your coffee medium to strong roast, it will probably be on the weaker side. The my k-cup didnt work for me, ended up buying a different one to use. Also mine died just earlier this year without any warning. I did clean mine often and properly so who knows why it died. It was fun to have one and I miss it. Probably will invest in the new Vue once they have more cups for it.

We have one at work and I like it but I don't really think it is a must have.

I love this when it works correctly. However, it doesn't fill cups all the way up. It's had this problem since I bought it, although a good whack to the top of it corrects it. Online reviews seem to indicate this is a common problem.

I love this coffee pot but I never use it cause cant afford the coffee it cost to much

I love my Keurig, but I realize that I probably could have paid half the price and bought the most simple one. It's also a little frustrating with the lack of selection for kups that aren't coffee.
