Does what bleach does Works great where a sanitized clean is necessary. Make sure you keep the room that you're in well ventilated while using this stuff. It is not good to breath at all and make sure you wear gloves.

I have white kitchen appliances so it works particularly well on those. I'm also a tea drinker and found that when a soak my white tea-stained mugs full of water with a couple of spays, the tea stains come right out.
