I received the Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads to try from Shespeaks, they were a little to thick and bulky for me. If the we're a little thinner they would be perfect. No leaks.

At first I was worried when I unwrapped the pad that it would be uncomfortable because it looked bulky. But in conforms to the shape of your body and fits comfortably! I was surprised - it's different than a pantiliner or a pad, to be sure. It wasn't bulky or uncomfortable, and no one could tell I was wearing one. It was absorbent and worked great. I received these Always discreet pads free from She Speaks in order to give an unbiased review! I usually use another incontinence pad. These were the really long ones ultimate 27 per package. They were really too long for me. It felt like you could see them from behind me. They were also not quite as absorbent as the thicker ones I was used to. I would probably buy them again but I would get a shorter length and a thicker pad.

I am very impressed with the discreet and slim design and packaging. Perfect for the purse and packing for travel. The side design feature of the pad is comfortable, absorbent without bulkiness, and helps to eliminate side leakage, especially overnight. Bladder leakage is no fun, and the slip and slide of the pad only adds to the problem. The Always discreet pad stays securely in place. The long pads are exactly that- long. I received a sample of Always Discreet to try and I was really surprised. When I first saw the pads they looked GIANT. I was like, no way, I'm not wearing those. But I said I would test them out so I did. I was surprised by a few things - First, they looked big, but they felt really comfortable. Once I had it on, I hardly knew it was there. Seriously! Second, the odor protection really worked. I have tried other pads before, and this is the first time I thought I actually was protected. Third, honestly, I just like that I can buy the Always brand. Then people in the store don't know that I'm buying bladder protection. They can think I'm buying maxi-pads, and I'm okay with that. I will definitely buy these. I might choose a smaller size, because I think they were a little too big for my needs, but I think I was buying too small ones before because I thought they would be bulky. I would definitely recommend them to friends as well.

I tried always discreet pads. They were comfortable, I didn't expect that. They did not make me break out in a rash. Some products do. I did feel they were kinda a long for me. They are easy to carry with me and to dispose of. I received this product for free, for my honest review.

I really liked this product. It was not too bulky and it was comfortable. I did not have any leakage and the moisture was wicked in and kept my skin dry. I would highly recommend this product.

I tried the Ultimate Long Length Always Discreet pads. I found them to be very absorbent and to certainly have full coverage. In fact, I'm not a small woman (5'9", 195 pounds) and I found them to be much too large. The width was uncomfortable after about 30 minutes and the length made me feel very self conscious - concerned that the outline in the back would show through my jeans. Also, I prefer to change often during the day. There is no way to be discreet carrying one of these in a purse or pocket. For me, a smaller pad was preferred. I found they worked much better at night. The width was less of an issue since I wasn't walking and the length was actually preferred. I wore one every time I went to the gym to work out, because I always leak a LOT when I exercise. My pants stayed dry, and there was absolutely no embarrassing odor (which I always worry about, especially when I'm using the bike!) In regards to helping with leaks, the product is amazing. But I find it to be entirely too long and wide. I had to wear a long shirt to cover my behind when wearing my exercise pants, because my teenage daughter said the pad shape was very clearly visible. When I would remove the pad, it was pinched in the middle where my thighs come together. Making it thinner in the middle and wider on either end would be better, more of a definite hourglass shape. Otherwise I loved the product and would buy it if changes are made.

These long overnight pads are great for surprise leaks and super-heavy flow periods. They are longer, wider, and slightly thinner than maternity-sized maxi pads, so there's more coverage and less bulk. They are rather large on my small frame. I wouldn't normally wear these out in public, unless I'm wearing bulky sweats or loose pants and running errands. They are definitely awesome for bedtime or at home use. I tried the Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads and overall I like them. I like that they absorbed leaks quickly and kept feeling dry, the light scent and odor neutralizing feature eases my worry about embarrassing, noticeable odor, and their thinness feels much more comfortable than other thick pads I've tried. The length of the long variety works fine for me to wear overnight, but they are a bit too long for day use for me because they feel noticeable under clothing I wear during the day. So I think the regular size would be a better fit for me for day-time use. I'd recommend these to anyone in need of a quality long length pad.
