Rotel is used in our cooking quite often. Use it for spaghetti sauce and chili. I like it quite a lot!

I refuse to not have at least one can in my pantry at all times. These are great for quick salsa, fajitas, or pretty much anything else you can think of. The veggies are much fresher than any other canned product I've had and would recommend this to anyone.

I use Rotel ALL the time! I think it's often overlooked and only used with velveeta as a chip dip but it is so versatile! You can use it to spice up just about anything... chicken, pork chops, soups. We use it to make fideo, enchiladas, casseroles and more! I live in south Texas and we love our TexMex! Rotel just makes it a bit easier. Love this product!

You should always have several cans of this Rotel in your cupboard. You can add it to sauces, soups, stews, casseroles and even cornbread, for a wonderful little extra something to boost the flavor.

I always keep this on hand for quick dips as I never know when my husband has invited the friends to stop by :)

The first time I ever tried this was two Christmas's ago when my grandmother served it stirred into the melted Velveeta cheese along with chips. It was so good that it has become a staple at every holiday and a holiday without Rotel Diced tomatoes and Velveeta cheese is no holiday!

Couldn't make the well known green chili here in Southern Colorado the same with out it! It's a staple in my kitchen and we of course always have to have it when the kids want Grammies cheese dip! Love it! I'm not fond of large chunks of tomatoes and sometimes have to dice them myself when they are canned (even the petite ones) and I have never had to do that with Rotel!

Great product for making dips and casseroles with! So easy and tasty! My favorite dish to make with this is super bowl dip!
