I really like the concept behind this and this is the first I've heard of such a thing so I couldn't wait to try it. I have to say I was a little sceptical of this particular ritual but oddly enough I felt it kind of weirdly relaxing.
It was interesting. The little 'papers' had a light scent. Was fun to watch them dissolve.
Very unique way to get rid of bad thoughts! As someone that is not usually a person that deals with emotions, I found the act very soothing. It was something that I could "see" and "touch". It is a great ritual.
I like the smell, but just can't get into this...
This is a great concept to offer consumers, and a tool that many Dr.'s have used with their patients. This is the first and only company that i know, that offers such a wonderful de-stressing tool.
This is an interesting idea. I wasn't sure how I was going to react to this...or even do it. I'm not really a "in touch with myself" kind of person or into yoga or anything. So, I didn't know how I would feel about writing a note on a piece of paper and then putting it in a bowl of water I grabbed from the kitchen. BUT, surprisingly, it felt good. I enjoyed watching the thought GO AWAY. And you know what...if I think about it again, I will just write it down again. It's nice to actually act on our thoughts instead of just thinking about them. Unique way to deal with thoughts.
