Okay so you know the commercials that says lose up to 6lbs or so within two weeks by replacing two meals a day. Well I tried it and it actually worked of course along with exercise and proper nutrition. But this cereal tastes great I could eat it any time of day. I love the fact that there are so many choices of flavors too. I would say original and strawberry are my top two I have yet to try more.

I love Special K cereals. It's something about those flakes that are better than any other cereals.

Yummy! I never thought I would like Special K much, but ever since trying it, I've had to have it at least once a day! Pricey? A little. But no more than I was spending on breakfast/lunch cakes, and tons more healthy!

I love the red berry and vanilla almond, yum!
