What I really love most about my Keurig is that it perks up quickly, my hubby and I can have two different types and or flavors of beverages at the same time, we can use the My K Cup and purchase grocery store coffee brands, and there's so many variety of K Cups available. The only negatives I can think of regarding using Keurig is the cost of the K Cups, we go through coffee quicker when using My K Cup because it takes 1 whole scoop of coffee per cup and when using a whole pot coffeemaker we use 3 scoops for 12 cups. Also, when using the My K Cup, water squirts out all around the bottom of the dispenser and makes a mess. I haven't been able to figure out whether this can be corrected or not. These are the reasons I give Keurig 4 stars instead of 5.

I will say that if you are "1" cup of coffee person this is perfect for you. I on the other hand am a coffee fanatic!! My day does not start until I had at least 4 cups of coffee. I can brew a full pot, keep it warm, and save money by not having to use a new basket each time.I was given one of these a gift(well appreciated) but after 1 week,I went back to my "traditional" coffee maker,as the inconvenience of making anew cup was not what I wanted. I also added the cost of buying the "cups" vs. reg coffee and found I save money buy my reg. method. As for the varieties of coffees,I can also get the same buying beans and grinding myself either at home or at the store.

Can you say simple! This is the easiest way to start your day off with a cup off coffee!! Open the top, plop a pod in, close the lid, and press start. Less than a minute later, you have coffee. On this model, it has a decent size tank to hold water so you do not have to fill it for every cup. That makes things even faster :) There are a couple downfalls to the Keurig machines. 1. They are expensive and so are the pods. 2. If you want a larger cup of coffee, you will get a diluted cup of coffee. The larger cup sizes are not strong (there is a fix for this, buy putting your own coffee in a refillable pod)

Let me start off by saying that I hate coffee; however, my husband loves it. He used to make whole pots of coffee, but would only end up drinking a cup or two, and the rest would go to waste. Plus, I'm the one who has to make it, and I hate the mess of coffee filters and such. I only give the Keurig 4 stars because of the price. The cups are very expensive compared to regular coffee, as is the machine. It costs twice as much (or more) than a coffeemaker. I'm not sure that the convenience of wasting less coffee is worth THAT much. That said, I love all the other features of the Keurig. I love that the water is always already in there and ready to go. Since the holder is clear, you can tell when/if you need to add more water. The "size" buttons give you choices on what size of cup you're fillinf up, and they're easy to understand. I love the hot chocolate, and I push the button to make a smaller cup so the chocolatey-ness is super concentrated! ;) When you're done, the top pops open kinda like my old CD Walkman used to do, and I just throw away the cup. (I usually wipe out the K-cup holder after I make coffee and before I make hot chocolate, because the flavor has been known to linger...yeck.) Overall, if I hadn't gotten this on sale for a decent price, I don't know that I would have gotten it, but I'm pretty glad I did. :)

I had to exchange my original machine b/c it started acting up and wouldn't brew. The sales associate said they had several returned (bad batch maybe) but I've had no trouble with my new one. Love that my husband can use any kind of coffee with the K-Cup which is significantly cheaper for everyday coffee consumption. Yet I'm able to have a cup of gourmet coffee, tea or even ice tea when I want!

I like this machine a lot. I guess I wouldn't say I love it. When I make the medium size cup it's not big enough and when I make the large cup it's not strong enough. So I end up making two mediums. It gets a little costly. Other then that it's quick and all the coffees are good.

I love the Keurig! I have this at work and it has turned me into a coffee drinker! I have been able to try a bunch of different coffee flavors - it is awesome. I would recommend this to anyone - at work or at home.

I like this coffee maker a lot. I love most of the flavors and also that i can make just one cup pretty quick. My only complain is that it can get costly buying the coffee specially if you have more than 3 or 4 cups a day and there is 3 of us that drink coffee. also, if you try to make a large it seems like is very weak and if you make a small is too strong, the med size seems to not be enough. I also wish i could make 2 separate cups at once.

My first experience with this product was from a vacation to a friends. This was not only convenient for single cups, and it definitely was easy to use.

we have one of these at work. They are great for the patients. they can choose what coffee they want and the clean up is easy

I received this as a Christmas gift from my daughter because she know how much I love my coffee. I only have one complaint about my keurig. Their idea of a large cup of coffee and my idea of a large coffee differ greatly. I would love it if they made a LARGE cup of coffee. I wouldn't even mind if they had a special k-cup to accomodate this.

Love the product and the taste, but the cup size is not exactly a large.

We've had our Keurig for almost a year now and we love it! We also love that there is such a variety of k-cups available. I drink coffee, my husband drinks tea or apple cider, and my daughter loves the hot chocolate. I am the type of person who can not function without my morning cup of coffee and the keurig is so fast and easy to use. I get my cup of coffee on busy mornings without any hassle while trying to get my husband off to work and my daughter off to school. My husband loves it so much he is going to buy one for his office at work. We are also volunteer paramedics and our fire station has one. That is where we first fell in love with the Keurig. I would give it 5 stars but I have one complaint. When our water level gets low, our machine tends to say "prime," meaning there is air in the line. When this happens it takes over a week to get our keurig back to normal. It can get very annoying because I have to unplug the machine to get it to reset before every cup. We've learned, though, that if we never let the water get to where the machine says to refill, we avoid this problem.

My friend has one. When I used it, the coffee just turned out perfect. I also used it to make tea! Love hot tea! It is great that they have so many flavors & variety. Good product!

Great coffee maker. I used to throw out a lot of unused coffee everyday, but now I make what I need. I would give it 5 stars, but the cost of coffee is expensive even with the savings of making what I need.
