I used this to make a spicy italian meat loaf by cutting the casing and mixing the spicy pork with hamburger and parmasan cheese topping the loaf with mozerella and tomato sauce. Fantastic, everyone loved this!

Made with peppers and onions. Yum!

Out of all the ones we tried these have a nice lil kick to them and they are our favorite. Not too hot just right.

This was my husband's favorite out of all the Sausage flavors that he tried. He loved the " Hot and Spicy" flavor. I added some peppers and onions and he was in heaven! Forget hot dogs at our cookouts, the Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage is now "his" favorite and a must have.

My Italian grandmother told me the secret to great cooking is a pinch or red pepper flake. Thanks Johnsonville for adding it for me - these re perfecti!

I know these sausages have fillers, so I was expecting a little more beef like consistency.

They were great. They had a good spice but not hot enough for this family! LOL! We love Johnsonville so this was great!

I grew up eating hotlinks. This product is very similar to that. It has the heat I like and the flavor.

We loved this hot sausage. Made the best tasting hot sausage sandwiches. Just the right amount of spice. We cooked it in marinara sauce with peppers and onions.

I thought it tasted better than the sausage at my local Italian deli, however there was much more fat than what I expected; somewhat disappointing

The spicier the better!

Definately preferred the hot sausage better than the mild. We made ours with penne pasta and everyone loved it.

A little too spicy for the kids but the hubby and I liked it.
