I like that this takes out stubborn stains. Worked on chili sauce. I couldn't even tell where the stain was to begin with. Great product.

I haven't used the one I received yet, but I do use the product. I have never had a problem with it but my mom had some clothing lighten when she used it as though it had been belched out. When using it I recommend washing the article of clothing as soon as you can.

This pen is amazing! I really like having it so compact that I can take it out with me when my 2 year old and I go out. He will always spill something on himself, and on his car seat, but this took the stains right out!
