Initially I was completely against the idea of a Keurig. I thought it was bad for the environment and that it wouldn't be worth it. However, I have to say that I absolutely LOVE it now. Once I heard that it came with it's own refillable K-cup where you could put your own coffee in and not add to landfills with those little pods, I decided that it was worth the investment. After using it for several weeks, I couldn't be happier! I can use my own grounds and get a perfect cup of coffee every morning. Truly terrific.

My husband and I are coffee lovers and this machine is amazing! We have tried many different coffee makers and French presses but always come back to the Keurig. It makes a great cup of coffee and is so versatile. I can now have all my favorite flavored coffees and they don't leave any of the flavor behind in the coffeemaker so my husband is still happy. It is also great if you're a tea drinker. My only complaint is that two have broken on me and had to be replaced but the Keurig customer service is great and I have had no problems there.

My husband and I received this as a Christmas gift last year and we LOVE it. At first, we thought it was a bit of overkill for just a coffee maker but boy were we wrong! We can now each have a different flavor of coffee so each of us is happy. And if you don't like coffee or want some variety, it can also make cold drinks, teas or hot chocolate. Plus, it's super fast to make and EASY clean up. No waking up the next morning to find gross, wet and cold coffee grounds still in the bin. Just pop open the top and throw away your little cup. No dripping, no spilling of grounds! The coffee is delicious and tastes fresh each time. Plus, if you register your brewer with Keurig you get great pricing and discounts that are better than what I can find online or in-stores. Just be sure to run vinegar through it to clean, just as you would any other coffee maker. After having this for about 8 months and finding no negatives, its totally NOT overkill (in my opinion).

After several hotel visits where you could wake up and quickly get a single cup of coffee, we started searching for a single cup coffee maker and found the Keurig. Instead of having to buy a can or bag of a single flavored coffee, you have options to make different, types, as well as mocha or hot chocolate. In addition, you have settings for different cup sizes, which affects the strength of the cup you're brewing. It's amazing!

My husband and I bought this machine on a whim. Chronically unable to make a decent cup of coffee ourselves (we could never get the ratio right!) we picked up one of these babies and fell in love instantly. It brews a decent cup of coffee, is incredibly easy to use and looks sleek. We highly recommend it !

My husband got this as a gift because he is a big coffee drinker. I thought it would be great to have because I could also make a single cup of hot chocolate or tea, I even threw out our teapot once we got it. Huge mistake! We tried to make hot chocolate numerous times and it comes out with a coffee flavor. My husband has cleaned it after brewing his coffee and it hasn't helped. My husband would give it a 5 and I would give it a 3 because of the coffee after-taste, so I rated it a 4. Any one have suggestions for a new teapot?

I just LOVE this product. I have the multi-cup at home and I have the single cut at work! I can have gourmet coffee of my choice at anytime without having to go to a coffee shop! It is easy and very convenient. I don't know what I would do without it.

This appliance saved my life. My husband doesn't drink coffee but he likes hot coco, now we are both happy. I also like tea and this wonderful appliance makes tea too. It is easy to use, easy to clean .... you only have to remove the old k-cup and it is clean. I love it. I bought it more than a year ago and it is still working like a champ. There is one at work and at my cousin. We all love the product.

This is my favorite counter top appliance in my kitchen and I don't even drink coffee! It makes wonderful coffee - that everyone who stays can pick out their favorite when they want one. The kids use it to make hot apple cider and hot cocoa after school during the rough winters here in Wisconsin, and I love the new iced teas and old stand by hot teas! It's easy. It's personalized. It rocks!

My sister has this coffee pot and I just love when I go over there being able to choose what coffee I would like and how much fresher tasting it is compared to the old type where the coffee sets on the burner for so long. It is also really nice because it brews one cup so fast unstead of having to wait for a whole pot.

I love this machine because of the versatility. The whole family can choose individual favorites, and there is no extra coffee to sit in the pot and get cold. We have one at home and one at my office. They are great!

I LOVE my Keurig! My parents bought it for me for my birthday and it is, by far, one of the best gifts I have gotten in recent years. I use it EVERY day and it makes amazing coffee. I love all the choices I have..iced, hot, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. My kids love the hot chocolate and it is easy enough to use for even my 7 year old...with supervision, of course! I am the only coffee drinker in my household so, this is just perfect for me. It is one of my favorite things!

This was a Christmas present to myself in 2008. I was tired of wasting coffee by making a pot every morning and then throwing it out. Now with the Keurig I can have one or two cups a day with out waste. I can also have different flavors which I love; I have even started drinking coffee without sugar now because of all the different flavored coffees I have tried. It is also great because if I have company and someone wants regular coffee and I want decaf, I don't have to make two different pots. Each person can have what they want without compromise. I understand that the price of coffee is going up, but I wish the k-cups were not so expensive.

I would highly recommend this product. We have owned our Keurig for almost 2 years. We originally planned to only use it when having guests so that people could select their own coffee or tea. However, we loved that we could make a fresh cup of coffee at any time of day, and we stopped using our regular coffee maker and started solely using our Keurig!! It is easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee every time!!
