Since I now live in an area where ethnic foods are pretty much non-existent, the Johnsonville Italian Sausage is a decent substitute for homemade from a local Italian deli or butcher. The hot sausage isn't really hot, though, but the taste is decent.

This has great flavor, but we prefer the sweet version for cooking.

very tasty, also there is a coupon for this online i believe its on coupons.com, it would make it a great deal at walmart.

Great sausage.. im not to crazy about the hot ones..

I love sausage. on the grill tastes way better. Eat it with some grilled chicken and a salad top it with a glass of wine.

My husband loved these! I however wasn't a fan but I'm not much of a foody.

Johnsonville brats are a big hit in my family.

Johnsonville brats are a summertime hit in my family. As soon as it gets a little warm, the grill gets lit and everyone comes over for brats. Usually we get the original brats, but the Hot flavor is becoming the new family favorite!

Love this on the grill or added into our lasagna

I really like the heat and flavor of this sausage, but I can't cook them now due to my young children.

Love this to make spaghetti sauce and lasagna with! A little on the hot side for me but still very tasty and the family loved it!

This is my goto brand for packaged sausage.great taste and great value

I prefer another brand, but this is brand is pretty great, and they often have coupons out in the paper!

I never used to like hot or spicy for until after my second child. Now I somewhat crave it. This sausage has somewhat of a kick. I think it has a nice flavor without burning your mouth. It is too spicy for for my 3 year old who doesn't like hot food. It also crumbles well when taken out of the casing. I like to use it in spaghetti, queso dip, Or any other dip that called for sausage. I sometimes use it in place of chorizo if I don't have any on hand.

Very yummy. I made this for the fam. Grilled these Johnsonville sausages up with green peppers and onions, with wine and they were quite fantastic! Definitely recommend them to all!
