Good stuff! This was a nice birthday present. Unlike the cheaper machines, this one has room for a big, tall cup. It also makes a nice, strong cup. I don't love the fact that only Keurig pods can be used; my Phillips freebie will take any tea or coffee bag, or even a loose collection of leaves if I want to clean out the removable strainer afterward. I like my Keurig a lot, but I wouldn't necessarily pay the premium for it over other single-serve machines if I were the one doing the purchasing.

I received this product as my Valentine's gift this past year. It was a replacement for the portable Keurig I owned. This is nice brewer. I didn't give it a 5 star rating because it doesn't brew enough coffee at 1 time to fill my coffee cup. I don't mean a HUGE mug either. I own the ceramic travel mug with the silicone grip on it from Bed Bath & Beyond. I am guessing it may be 16 ounces. This brewer set on the largest setting only partially fills it---so I have to brew another cup on the smallest setting(which brews too much and will cause it to over flow if Ileave my original mug in place. Then I have to pour the coffee from the small mug into my larger one to top it off & have a couple ounces left. this is just annoying to me. Next time I will select my Keurig an it will brew a large enough cup of coffee. But since this was a gift---I can't complain. My usband doesn't drink coffee---so he had no idea what he was buying. I only drink flavored coffee---so this is ideal for me. It does become expensive if you brew more than 1 cup a day----so I bought the refillable cup to make my own K-cups with coffee as well as loose tea.

The PROS: My husband love the ease of use and the fact that we're not wasting as much coffee anymore . We used to throw a lot of leftover coffee away. Now we just make cups as we want them. We've also been enjoying the different flavors that are available, as I'm more of a dark roast/flavoured coffee person and he likes the lighter blends. We also received the refillable "My k-cup" with ours, so we can make single cups with our own coffee. The CONS are more of just a little downside.... the cups are expensive and I haven't seen them go on sale very often. Also, with the refillable MY K-CUP, the directions state to use a "coarser grind, similar to a a french press grind". Well, we haven't got that quite figured out yet- at this moment i'm drinking coffee-colored water because I'm out of k-cups :-(. All-in-all a super prodruct. We got ours as a wedding gift in May and we haven't had any malfunctions, other than our own :) I'd probably rate this product more of a 4 1/2 stars, than a 4, but that's not an option. Was recommended by a friend and I would recommend as well.

I love my Keurig (almost all of the time). It's great that I can make just one cup of coffee with minimal clean up. I can pick and try new flavors. It's ready in about one minute! I do have a hard time finding travel mugs that fit inside, most re too tall. Also, sometimes the machine doesn't want to make a full cup. I have to run water through it and poke around to clean it out again to help it out. Then it'll work again for a while.... Finally, if I don't get my coffee off quick enough it gets cold. So overall, I love it, I'm running out the door I make it, grab it and go. I just wish I could find some perfect travel mugs.

I'm not a coffee drinker but my dad loves this product. He makes at least a cup every morning. I, however, make hot chocolate with this machine. The single cups are convenient because then product never goes to waste if you make too much.

this is a great coffee maker. i love the fact that you can make a fresh cup of coffee any time that you want. it is very easy to use and the coffee tastes great. there are many different kinds of coffee that you can buy and use what a great idea

Love this product for many reasons, great coffee, convenience and ease of use. Only one thing I wish could be better. I wish you had the option of making a cup that is larger, maybe 16 oz.

i've had the keurig for over a year now, but have just recently begun using the filter for brewing regular ground coffee (not in a k-cup). easy to use and coffee tastes fresher. the k-cups are definitely fast and easy, but sometimes feel the coffee comes out weak/watered down so the filter is a nice option. i'm also excited to try out the dunkin donuts k-cups!

I resisted buying this coffee maker because of the cost of the pods, however, I finally gave in a purchased it as a special indulgence for my husband and I. In the beginning, I thought perhaps the machine was broken because it takes quite a while sometimes for the machine to begin brewing after the button is pressed. It takes time for the water to heat to the prpoper temperature I learned. We really enjoy the luxury of each having the type of brew we like. I am a robust flavored person while my husband prefers a lighter roast. I think it makes our day just a bit brighter to start with an exellent cup of coffee.

This Keurig works wonderfully. I have to admit, it took me a little while to get used to the settings and which sizes to choose for certain types of coffee...but after I figured it all out, I loved it. I really enjoy being able to make iced coffee for myself any time of the day with no fuss!

Let me just start by saying I have this Keurig, a standard coffee maker, a cappuccino machine, an espresso machine, and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto. We take coffee serious in our house. I use my Keurig the most. Its my quick coffee fix for early mornings. I love the coffee and tea varieties (Folger's Black Silk is my favorite), and I love the convenience. I think its great that I can choose the cup size, and it always makes great coffee and tea. I tend to use my Dolce Gusto for the "fancier" drinks, but I have tried them with my Keurig. My only issue is that Keurigs do seem to break on me. I've gone through 3 in a little over a year (usually only using it for one cup a day!). Keurig did replace them for me, which is great, but I'm not that happy about them breaking in the first place.

After I got over the initial enthusiasm of how easy these machines are to use, I started to notice that the brewer was making smaller and smaller cups of coffee. Until eventually, my machine just stopped working. I ofcourse bought a new one - and have been very happy with it. But this product isnt without flaws. If you are familiar with these brew a cup type machines, you probably will never go back to the standard drip or perc coffee. I know I wont - they are just too convenient. But overall, I think the machine does tend to wear with life, I got about 2 years out of mine.

I love this machine!! It makes great coffee and is easy to use and convenient. I've also found Keurig products to be a quality brand.

I too love this machine but the k cups are getting a little expensive. Just a hint if you run out of k cups rinse one out and fill with your own coffee put a little piece of tin foil on top.works great

We love the convenience and ease of using our Keurig. My mom bought this for us two Chirstmas's ago. After using it for about 6 months we started having problems with it. After calling Keurig and trouble shooting several times they sent us a replacement machine. Despite the trouble and being without a coffee maker for a while I still love Keurig.
