I am happy that I was able to try these out as they have become a staple in my home. I have a small leakage problem and this more than adequately keeps me fresh and dry. Thank you for the opportunity to try it out.

The Always discreet works great to keep you dry . I gave these to a relative to try and she loves how thin they are. The packaging is nice and they smell good too.

These did work well, but I wish they were just a little bit shorter and perhaps had "wings" so that they could be positioned in a manner that they did not feel obvious to others and to keep them held in place. Maybe a variety of choices thickness wise would be good because not only do I not always want, or need, something as thick as this, but I am guessing a lot of women would prefer a thinner size, while women like my mother who has bladder control issues as a combined result of multiple children, age, and partial paralysis as a result of multiple strokes.

My first time trying things like this and they work really well! I admit I was skeptical about using them. I called them pee pads...but that basically what they are. And if you are a woman who suffers from a little drippage, then these really are a good choice. You'll barely feel that they are there and you'll protect your undies from urine.

Works as well as any other thin pad on the market. Would buy again if they were on sale.

This product provides adequate protection for my bladder issues. I would recommend it to anyone who has a leaky bladder.

Great liner, but a double peel-off backing?? I've had the worst time trying to leave a review of this product on the Always site - the link never works! Anyway, I received a box of Always Discreet Ultra Thin Liners like most SheSpeaks members writing here. They're wonderful and dry, a nice smaller size. But, for heaven's sake, what's with the double paper peel-off backing? It took me a couple of liners to figure it out. This is unnecessary waste of paper and plastic - does this product really need a double backing that the user peels off anyway? Can't figure it out. That's why my review is 4 stars, I've taken off a star for the extra peel off layer that is simply thrown away. Hope the makers of Always see and realize this.

Great Liners! These are great liners ladies! As embarrassing as it can be, after 3 kids I need these! I wear them everyday and they almost never fail me! The only thing I'd change about them is possibly an odor blocker? Other than that, which truly isn't a huge issue I just go threw more! I wouldn't change much about her! Always never really fails us ladies do they?

I really like the length of this product and the shape but I do not like the smell. I have this lightly scented ones. Not thrilled about the scent. I just would prefer it to be plain without any fragrance. I don't like to use things that have a fragrance to them for feminine liners. I think they should just forgo the scent altogether.

I just need a little liner for those moments when I sneeze, cough, or just need a little assurance. The length was perfect coverage. The liner was definitely more absorbent than I anticipated based on it's size. It was easily tucked into a pocket or my purse. My only issue with the product was the scent. I liked it being lightly scented and thought it was a pleasant fragrance without being overwhelming, but my sensitive areas certainly didn't like it. It caused an itchy rash. I received a sample from SheSpeaks.

The liners were thinner than some other liners I've tried and the security strips held them in place so the liner didn't bunch up or move during my daily activities. I wear pantyliners daily and my number one complaint is they move around. The additional security strip really made a difference. It was a bit more scented than I expected but I guess I'd appreciate the Odor Lock if noticeable leakage occurred.
