This is good to make dip with.

I use these in my salsa, gives it an extra little kick. Also great in enchilada sauce, on taocs or in homemade rice!

I love rotel and my family uses it all the time. It goes along great with velveeta cheese. The dip is delicious and a good appetizer for any get together. It takes less then 5 minutes to make too.

Rotel is my favorite ingredient in many recipes. I wish they made an organic version!

I love Rotel in my velveeta cheese and chips. I gave it 4 stars because it says MILD but it still has a bit of "hotness" to it. I like the taste and will add it to beans as well.
