Its an interesting idea, but I found it to be a waste. Couldn't write on the notes with the pen and they ripped constantly.

What a great, fantastic, phenomenal idea. I love this concept.

I really like the idea of these cards. They are really cool and i like that they dissolve.

These notes were my favorite! The idea is so simple, yet it moved mountains for me! I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate, not only the kit, but for these teeny, tiny, simple, little papers.

I love the notes. It is a nice way to cope with stress, seeing my worries dissolve away. It is something that I can add to help clear my mind.

I agree that this is an interesting concept but I cannot write something down and let it go that easily. I wish I could, then everyday would be a great day.

As someone who has been journaling, meditating, doing yoga, etc. for many years, I found this product to be both a bit fun and utterly useless. I'm more apt to write something down and simply burn it in the fire pit. While I'm grateful for my Cerra kit, the entire product line/business model seems based on a premise that I'm willing to pay for these items. (I'm not.)

I just love finding new and unique products and I definently found one in Cerra disolving notes. You simply write your thought on one of the notes, fill a bowl with water, and watch them dissapear as they help clear your mind. They are truly a relaxing mind clearing experience!

I had an awful day today. My son came home from school to tell me about an incident with another student that the staff handled poorly. I felt the stress and anger percolating. The Cerra dissolving notes suddenly came to my mind. I pulled them out of my sample kit and jotted down my frustrations. I have to say I like this concept. The pen did not write very well on the dissolving notes. That's my only gripe. It's a Sharpie-type pen and it was not smooth against the dissolving papers, so I had a bit of difficulty writing. I did like watching these thoughts dissolve away and it really did seem to help clear my mind of the incident. The fragrance was lovely. I can see myself using these with regularity.

A very different way of trying to change your mood. I gave it a try and I only think it will work if you truly believe it will. I will keep working with it and see if it will make a difference.

Smell was okay, it was a little odd to me. When I wrote on the paper with the marker, the paper would tear. I do however like the concept.

Today I decided that I was in serious need of a me moment, a Cerra moment, a time to relax, and reflect upon what I was feeling. I wrote the things I was feeling on the sheet with the marker provided, the scent was subtle, but soothing, I placed in a bowl of water and watched it disappear. I've got to say that I didn't anticipate it "working", but as I watched it disappear in the environment I placed myself, I instanty felt, calm, relaxed, soothed, and not the same as I felt prior to the "moment". It is amazing how such a simple action can really make your feelings feel less extreme, how this one small activity, decompressed me and my thoughts, thank you Cerra & SheSpeaks!

What a great idea! How great was that to be able to put my worries on a piece of paper and watch it dissolve and hopefully go away for good. A nice visualization to a problem. Hopefully I can resolve them as easily as the dissolving note! The fragrance was a little overpowering at first and lingered a bit... Will probably purchase these again for myself and as gifts.

Great Idea . I also wasn't sure if I would like these . Wow was I suprised when I tried this between a stressful home life and work life boy does this work. I take them to work with me in my office when I need a few minutes to unwind.

I just simply loved this idea! These dissolving notes feel so soft to the touch and after writing an inspirational short message, I dissolved the note in water and it felt great! I felt good all day and cannot to try it again.
