Vitamix is simply the best! I LOVE how powerful it is. My regular blenders of the past could not do berries without getting a mouth full of the little seeds at one point or another. This blends everything that I have tried very smooth. The only way I could sneak veggies into things with a regular blender was to cook them so they were very soft first. This, you just pop them right in. The tamper is just wonderful... no more taking the top off to stir or trying to carefully stick a spoon in there to stir the stuff around and worrying about dropping it. It has a little collar on it so that it CAN'T drop in too far. This saves time and mess. And the fact that the blades spin so fast that it will heat up to make broths, soups, etc is amazing. I actually got the bundle pack that came with the dry blade container. I haven't used that part yet because I have been so busy but look forward to making my own specialty flours and hot cereals. I am not a veggie person. I know how good they are for you but just never acquired the taste for them. The Vitamix makes it sooo easy to live healthier. You can make your own healthier frozen treats (you choose what sweeteners to use and how much) and sneak veggies into all sorts of stuff. Making pumpkin puree to sneak into baking was very easy. I just love this machine. Paying the money for it was the worst and hardest part but I have not regretted it once. My parents have had theirs for a few years now and still love theirs as well.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! This is one of my favorite machines in my kitchen that I use practically every single day. Yes, it's expensive, but it is worth it. You will not have buyers remorse with this item because it has replaced my blender and my food processor while allowing me to experience with all kinds of healthy, whole food cooking. I use it every day to make green smoothies for my kids and during apple season I make tons of applesauce in just about 4-5 minutes. I use it to make hummus which is much more affordable then buying it in the store. A great investment!

Love this!! It is a great way to kick off healthy eating! I've made peanut butter, hummus, bread and so many others in this. It is easy to clean too!

I hemmed and hawed over whether to invest in this pricey blender. Let me say, it was my best kitchen purchase ever. I use it everyday. I make fruit smoothies (just ice and fruit), yogurt smoothies (yogurt and fruit or veggies), soups, salsa, dips, etc. It is a breeze to clean and can chop or process anything. Fill it with ice and it quickly reduces it to fine ice shavings. Fill it with peanuts to make peanut butter! It's truly amazing and we eat more fresh fruits and veggies now that I have this. Unlike a juicer, it doesn't strain the pulp out, so you get the benefit of eating the whole fruit (or veggie). Really, I can't speak highly enough for the Vitamix.

A couple of years ago, my daughter was diagnosed with cancer. In order to assist with her treatments and to maintain health, we were told to add in large quantities of fresh fruits and vegetables in her diet. I purchased the Vitamix thinking a smoothie was better than handfuls of raw spinach and cabbage. This blender is amazing!!! I cannot say enough. I have been hiding spinach and purple cabbage is her smoothies for almost 2 years! This will puree anything, including the seeds. There is a high and a low setting and each setting can be adjusted for more or less speed. When you start with warm water, and leave it on a low setting for about 10 minutes, it will even heat your food. I have not had a single complaint the whole time. It also came with a 7 year warranty. Most appliances come with a one year warranty. You will pay to get the quality of this blender. It is not cheap, but it is well worth the price.

I can't say enough good things about this product! We use our Vita Mix for just about everything and I don't remember what it was like before we had it! The best part is we found ours Brand New at a yard sale for about half the price!!!!!!!!!! Gotta love it!

I can't imagine life without our Vitamix! We use it every day. It's definitely upped the amount of veggies my 4 year old son eats. Worth every cent.

I agree with everyone - this is the go-to blender for just about everything! I make ice cream, smoothies, protein drinks, soup, fondue, flour, cocktails, and more with this baby. It's not cheap but it's worth its weight in gold. I've tried Blend Tec but this works a lot better. Love it, love it, love it!

Best Blender I have ever purchased. I was not sure about this blender at first, it was very expensive. It replaces a lot of other tools in your kitchen. I can make Hot Soups, Hummus and he best smoothies! Well worth the money and would never use another blender....

This is the most awesome blender I've ever seen and experienced! Hot soups, coffee drinks...better than the coffee places! Even ice cream, or sorbet, with nutritious ingredients in them! This is the item to buy if you want to make healthy, vitamin filled yummies in next to no time! Well worth the money!!!!

Hubby got this for me last Christmas....I love cooking, baking, new recipes, practically anything having to do with my kitchen. Our blender burnt out several weeks before...guess I made too many smoothies! Hubby really did his research, my Vitamix is not "just" a blender...I use it to make hot soupsa, as a chopper, food processor, etc.....I LOVE MY VITAMIX! Although the item is initially pricey, it replaces so many other kitchen gadgets, has so many uses and such a great warranty it is worth every single penny!!

I've had my Vitamix for a year and I LOVE it! I have both the regular container as well as the grain special container and use them both. My son loves the wide range of smoothies I make, my friends love the fresh-from-the-garden pureed soups and I'm currently busy making homemade celery salt, vegetable bullion and wild-mushroom salt. It's hard to imagine what I did without it.

This is by far the best purchase I've ever made. I had second thoughts after ordering it due to the price but once I received it, read through the instructions and used it, I LOVE IT! I make homemade peanut butter for my dad, hummus, great smoothies and soups. This thing can do anything and I'm so happy I purchased it. The cookbook is huge and has some great recipes. If anyone spends a lot of time in the kitchen, this is a must have.
