Wand was very easy to use and the color looked true once applied but hours later it started to fade

Hard to apply. Took forever to dry. Smeared after I THOUGHT it was fully dry...

Was not very impressed. I am a eyeliner and mascara only chick with the special occation eye shadow. I have tried many different liners and just had a hard time with this one. It didn't go on easily and was not as dark as I would have liked it. Did not last long at all.

I was not happy at all with this eyeliner. It was thin, it smudged easily, and it took several coats to show up and then it barely showed up at that. The only good thing about it was it only cost a dollar.

i love elf cosmetics but this has to be one make up item they made that i am not a fan of it clumps up and drys off to fast

I'm a fan of e.l.f. cosmetics but this one isn't a winner. Dries up and flakes off. No good.

I have like ELF products in the past, but the eyeliner dried out too fast.

I didn't really care too much for this product. It doesn't dry fast and is very runny. If you want something cheap, then maybe this might be for you, but I would put it in the fridge maybe first, see if then it won't be so runny and might stay better :)

I didn't have good luck with this product. It went on poorly. I tried it twice then threw it away.

I'm usually a big fan of elf products but this product was a fail for me, the brush forked so it was impossible to get an even line, it takes forever to dry and the formulation is really runny. it smudges and ends up everywhere due to its drying speed.

Cracks and flakes when it dries, don't rub your eyes.

with my love for elf products i found this at dollar tree and grabbed it up so much to my surprise when i opened it to see this thin tiny looking brush but i figured ok it will work for my winged liner i am having issues with and tried it, drying time i am used to because most liners i use take a bit but what i was not expecting was it flaking then of course if that wasnt enough i looked like i a raccoon when it smudged under my eyes and over it, forget water proof either, sorry elf but this one is a no go!
