I LOVE this eyeliner pen! It doesn't budge all day. Being as it's waterproof, it can be more difficult to take off, so keep that in mind if you have really sensitive eyes (mine are sensitive and I do okay, but waterproof eye makeup remover doesn't bother my eyes). Sometimes the caps are illfitting and the pen can arrive a little dry (or be purchased a little dry), so pick up two! At $1, it's a risk worth taking!! I've actually bought this many, many times and only had a dry one, once. My boyfriend left the cap off of his & it dried out (bummer!). I recommend this product to all of my friends (any many of them have bought it).

Great product especially for the price! Love this especially in the summer time when I'm looking for something sweat proof and smudge proof. It is easily applicable with its felt tip and looks fantastic on!

Love Love Love this eyeliner and use it everyday. However, I'm having a hard time finding this applicator in the stores lately. Apparently a change in packaging resulted in a different applicator tip.

Love the price - and it does the job of the higher priced eyeliners. It doesn't run and it is easy to apply.

For being so cheap it is a great product. I would however like it if it would go on a little darker rather than having to out multiple coats on. Its stays for a long tine and doesn't flake like some other liquid liners do.

I like this eyeliner, its very affordable. It has a felt tip applicator which I love. There are several different colors you can choose from I have the black and plum. The eyeliner is definitely waterproof and easy to apply. Bad side it does kind of dry out rather fast. I try to store upright which helps alittle with that. Good buy for a buck so your no out a ton of cash.

First one to work & last This was an amazing surprise, after basically 99% of all the felt-tip liner drying up in a week, no matter the price, this one outlasted them and it was $2 USD. Not only did it not dry out, but it applied very opaque and pigmented (talking about the black liner). It did lasted on my lids all of the day; I thought it would smudge because I had been having very watery eye, but it made it through. I won't say it is the best of them all, but it is in top 10. But bit of warning, make sure to put the lid tightly because if not, the liner will dry out quickly.
