I love this when it works correctly. However, it doesn't fill cups all the way up. It's had this problem since I bought it, although a good whack to the top of it corrects it. Online reviews seem to indicate this is a common problem.

I love this coffee pot but I never use it cause cant afford the coffee it cost to much

I love this when it works correctly. However, it doesn't fill cups all the way up. It's had this problem since I bought it, although a good whack to the top of it corrects it. Online reviews seem to indicate this is a common problem. Not sure all the whacks are worth the cost though.

I love my Keurig, but I realize that I probably could have paid half the price and bought the most simple one. It's also a little frustrating with the lack of selection for kups that aren't coffee.

very easy coffee maker, love the pods it uses but my only complaint is the temperature of the coffee is not very hot. the company tells me the temp should be 192* I put a thermometer into only got 180*. its hot but could be hotter.

I love mine but I sometimes wish it would fill my cup all the way up. Other than that it's a god send!

does make quick hot coffee. but the cleaning system is not that great so its not the freshest coffee maker.

Good Not Great Product Like this Unit but feel if you don't use it daily seem to have a problem with it wanting to work so think there is a bit that can be improved so have had to replace my unit and don't use it on a daily basis

I love my keurig, but the k-cups are so expensive. Also I like to fill up my travel mug and if I try to do that it is really weak and watered down.

We LOVE our Keurig!!! Depending on what flavor K-cups we have in the house at the time...will depend on how many cups I drink a day. Right now I LOVE the Chai Latte k-cups and have about 3 cups a day. I know...I need to watch out because too many cups makes me a bit jittery....but the Keurig makes a wonderful cup of coffee! My only concern is that our model is very LOUD. Whenever the water is being heated up it makes a very loud sound. I would be interested to find out if it was just my model. Otherwise...I love it!

I was lucky enough to win one of these in a blog contest just before my son was born. It's been perfect for us bc my husband doesn't drink coffee and I can't function without coffee. I wish it were a little more compact and a little quieter when brewing and also that the K-cups weren't so expensive, but I know you can buy adapters to use regular ground coffee with the brewer. Definitely an item I'm glad we have in our kitchen.

I love this machine because of the versatility. The whole family can choose individual favorites, and there is no extra coffee to sit in the pot and get cold. We have one at home and one at my office. They are great!

My husband got this as a gift because he is a big coffee drinker. I thought it would be great to have because I could also make a single cup of hot chocolate or tea, I even threw out our teapot once we got it. Huge mistake! We tried to make hot chocolate numerous times and it comes out with a coffee flavor. My husband has cleaned it after brewing his coffee and it hasn't helped. My husband would give it a 5 and I would give it a 3 because of the coffee after-taste, so I rated it a 4. Any one have suggestions for a new teapot?

I use this coffee machine at least everyday while i'm at work. I love that I can choose any flavor of coffee, or I can also drink green tea, or hot chocolate. Very efficient and reliable.

I love my Keurig. It's great because I can always quickly get a fresh hot cup of coffee. When I have guests, we don't have to drink the same kind of coffee and if we drink at different paces we can each get a fresh hot second second cup exactly when we are ready. there are tons of choices, but if you really love you fresh ground locally roasted coffee, you can get a refillable pod and use that with your own coffee. I don't think I'll ever go back to a traditional coffee maker.
