Always has always been a respected brand for me in regards to feminine hygiene. Unfortunately as so many of us know with having children and age comes a new need for Always. I found the protection given to me by the liners to be enough for stress incontinence associated with sneezing, coughing or laughing etc. The only reason I dropped 1 star was for the slight fragrance. Although I understand why some like this it seems to irritate my skin.

I have been wearing Panty Liners for many years but after a surgery in 2009, I started wearing Poise Pads due to slight bladder leakage. I actually thought that all panty liners were the same but that is definitely not the case with Always Discreet liners. They are thin yet absorbent and have a light, fresh scent that absorbs odor. I hardly notice that I am wearing one yet feel confident that I am. This is a great product that will definitely be replacing Poise Pads as part of my morning routine! Initially I was concerned that this product may be bulky and not be as discreet since it was a pad. So I was pleasantly surprised that it was thin and very comfortable to wear. I felt really comfortable wearing it and it really helped me feel more secure knowing that when I sneeze and leak that the pad would absorb any moisture that leaked. Before wearing the Always Discreet, when having a cold I would wear a panty liner or pad because every sneeze results in a leak. But with this product I felt so much more confident in my own skin and not worried that the panty liner would be enough or that I would have a leak that would result in an embarrassing episode for me. I really liked this product. It had a nice clean scent when opening the package that was not overwhelming. I like the fact that it did not have adhesive strip(s) to throw away when preparing to adhere it to undergarments. The only downfall is that it was not long enough to suit my needs. It was actually thin enough to remain unnoticed when wearing.

These held moisture well, but they were just a little too big and thick. I was hoping for something in-between this size and a pantyliner. I received a sample from SheSpeaks.

Initially, I was concerned about the scent, but, actually it was a light, pleasant floral scent. Not strong or noticeable. It adhered securely and didn't move or shift around when wearing. Absorbed very well-kept dampness away from skin. Wasn't noticeable through clothing like some of the "diaper" style undergarments. Takes care of a serious situation in a feminine, unobtrusive manner. The 1st thing I noticed when I opened the package was the fragrance and that was a bit concerning for me. Luckily the fragrance didn't linger and the product itself worked well. I was also a little surprised by the size of the liner when I 1st saw them and thought that these were not going to be for me. I was surprised because the liner adhered to my panties and I didn't notice it while wearing.
