The Always discreet ultimate long pads were quite comfortable and didn't show any signs of bulkiness under my clothing. The long length was just what I needed for added security and are perfectly suited for nighttime wear. The extra wide adhesive keeps the pad secure, but the adhesive doesn't extend all the way to the ends, leaving about an inch unattached. This doesn't create an issue at initial placement, but does after a bathroom visit. The ends fold down as the panties are pulled up and have to be repositioned. The absorption level in these pads are at a maximum. How can these little pads hold so much? When I wake up there is nothing on my sheets. It's all in the pad. At first, I was put off by the scent of the product but after using the pads, I was thrilled because the scent really helped to mask any odors.
