I received a free sample of Always Discreet long pads and I REALLY like them. I was hesitant since they are then, but they absorbed so well! I have also had issues with other pads adhesive creeping up and that is something I didn't have to worry about with these! Not bulky, comfortable, stay in place, absorb & I am a happy camper! I received Always Discreet Pads as a sample to try out. I would definitely recommend these to anyone! Not only do they absorb wetness and keep you dry they stay in place and you don't have to worry about them shifting around. The biggest thing I would say would be that you don't have to worry about any leakage if you excersize or have the sneezes or have a big belly laugh. Always Discreet does the job! Great product, I wouldn't use anything else!

I received my product from Always Discreet and SheSpeaks. I have never tried bladder control pads before. I know they are long pads, but for me they were alittle too long. They seemed alittle bulky, which didn't make them too comfortable. They absorbed very well. I think the underwear would have been better for me. I would recommend them, they are just not for me. I received a free sample of Always Discreet Ultimate long pads from Always and She Speaks to use and review. After being disappointed by so many other brands I honestly was not very optimistic. What a surprise to find that these pads are everything I could have asked for! They are extremely comfortable, not at all bulky. I experienced no irritation at all. These pads are very absorbent and leak free. When I began using them I had a terrible cold accompanied by constant coughing. Coughing, sneezing, laughing - we all know what can happen when you add those things to a not so coorperative bladder!! Thank Goodness for my Always pads. I will certainly be purchasing this product. They are extremely comfortable to wear and stay in place no matter what activity you are doing. They are super absorbant and really make me feel confident throughout the day. These pads are truly good at absorbing fluids and keeping you dry. I received the long pads, and I could not believe how long they were. Too long! They are great for the occasion where you have both urinary and fecal incontinence, but not for just urinary incontinence. I had to cut them in half to use them. They stay in place with activity very well, however, and as I said, are truly super-absorbent. They feel like cotton and seem to be made with 100% cotton. However, I have no idea what the source of that cotton is. Since the product arrived without any information on it I cannot tell if the cotton was from Argentina or not. Argentina health authorities found that 98% of that cotton had pesticide in it, the last thing you want in contact with your skin. Always Discreet and SheSpeaks sent me a free sample to try and review.

I received this as a sample to try and I love them. I would love to tell the always manufacturers, why don't you make a menstrual pad in the same size as these (I had the long). There is a market out there for those who have periods that are very heavy. Seriously, market it!! I have recommended these to others and they have tried them and loved them.

The Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads are a really great product. They absorb very well and don't bunch up like other pads I tried before. The adhesive strips works great so no need for adjusting the pad during the day. They are not bulky and noticeable under clothing which makes me feel really confident. They are thin but really absorb a lot of moisture. No accidents anymore and feeling embarrassed. The pads feel very soft and comfortable and don't irritate my skin. The pads move with me and feel comfortable while wearing. Even while exercising they feel great and don't bunch up, move or roll up. It's a great feeling to know that you are protected with these pads and nothing will show. I even use them at night because they are long enough and protect me all night long. I found the Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads sent to me to test to be a really great product! They absorb well and don't bunch up like another brand I had tried. The elastic does not irritate my legs and the adhesive works well except at the ends which have to be adjusted after going to the bathroom. No big deal except they fold in and feel funny if you don't fix them right away. The thing I don't like is the length of the pad. I found it to be way too long and kind of hung down in the back making me self conscious that they could be seen through my pants. I would buy the Always brand, but try to find a shorter length.

I had no idea there was bladder pad available that could work this well. Due to Multiple Sclerosis, I have had bladder control issues since I was 40 yrs old. Not little dribbles either---full loss I would avoid going places if I knew I would have to wait in long restroom lines because I knew I would have wet pants .I tried padded panties---none worked because they leaked around the legs. So I resorted to wearing 2 thick pads at a time=bulky, noticeable under clothing & the urine still managed to not totally absorb and just rolled off the pads, down my legs & I still had wet pants. I had settled into thinking this was my new normal. Well I must say that the ALWAYS Discreet long Ultimate pads are a dream come true for me. I have my life back. They are thin but absorb A LOT of urine. The urine is absorbed & doesn't roll off . Since receiving these for free and testing them I have not had wet pants once. I have my life back. These pads are so soft and comfy---even the elastic gathers that tend to rub my legs raw with other brands. the pad moves with me as I walk and move I only have to wear 1 pad at a time---which is a savings and not so bulky between my legs. I have enough issues walking without adding to the issues by having the bulk of 2 thick pads between my legs. The ALWAYS pads are also lightly scented which is so nice. I always worry that I smell like urine. These ALWAYS Discreet Ultimate Long pads are awesome. The length is great that no urine is going to shoot up or back and get on clothing. They are great to sleep in too because of the long length. The ALWAYS Discreet Ultimate Long pads DO NOT bunch up, move or roll up like other brands of long bladder leakage pads do. These pads stay in place until removed. I am delighted with these pads & plan on purchasing only these from now on. They have given me my life back. I am eternally grateful. I will be telling everyone I know who need this type of pad to buy these because nothing else compares.
