Always is a great product and the long discreet version is very good at doing what it is meant to do, collect menstrual or urine. The product fits well and stays in place with the self sticking adhesive on the back of the pad. It absorbs well and hides odors. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it is not as soft as it could be. other than that, it is a great product and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family

I have received a free sample of package of Always Discreet from SheSpeaks. I do not have daily bladder leakage issues but, I do have some bladder leakage when I have colds (while having severe coughs & sneezing) which can saturate a pantiliner causing leakage onto my clothing. I had an opportunity to sample Always Discreet pads while I had a cold several weeks ago. I had to do many errands & go food shopping despite being sick & "under the weather". I definately felt confident going out knowing that there would be no embarrassing moments if I had a sneezing or coughing episodes. Currently I am using the pad during my menstrual cycle. I have extreme heavy periods where for several years I can not even use tampons at all & can saturate regular pads within few hours due to gushes. I been diagnosed with uterine fibroids that contribute to the extremely heavy menstrual flow. I wore Always Discreet the other day while doing some errands & food shopping with my toddler. It is very hard going to the bathroom to change pads every few hours especially when really busy like having a commute that is over an hour long and doing errands where a bathroom is not available. I really like that liquid gels up in the pads minimizing any embarrassing leaks. I loved that I had total protection from leakage at night. I didn't have to double up on heavy duty pads as previously at night. Slept for 7-8 hrs. without staining my clothes. Although they are target for bladder leakage they are great for those with severely heavy periods. I only thing I didn't like was the purple color dye on the pad; not sure if dyes are necessary on famine hygiene products. I usually ensure that femine hygiene products do not contain any dyes that I purchase ... why would one want dyed products down there? Always, please remove that otherwise this is a great product.

Comfortable and affordable and you don't feel like you are wearing protection.

This Always Discreet Line is Fabulous! These are great liners ladies! As embarrassing as it can be, after 3 kids I need these! I wear them everyday and they almost never fail me! The only thing I'd change about them is possibly an odor blocker? Other than that, which truly isn't a huge issue I just go threw more! I wouldn't change much about her! Always never really fails us ladies do they?

These pads are truly good at absorbing fluids and keeping you dry. I received the long pads, and I could not believe how long they were. Too long! They are great for the occasion where you have both urinary and fecal incontinence, but not for just urinary incontinence. I had to cut them in half to use them. They stay in place with activity very well, however, and as I said, are truly super-absorbent. They feel like cotton and seem to be made with 100% cotton. However, I have no idea what the source of that cotton is. Since the product arrived without any information on it I cannot tell if the cotton was from Argentina or not. Argentina health authorities found that 98% of that cotton had pesticide in it, the last thing you want in contact with your skin. Always Discreet and SheSpeaks sent me a free sample to try and review.

I received my product from Always Discreet and SheSpeaks. I have never tried bladder control pads before. I know they are long pads, but for me they were alittle too long. They seemed alittle bulky, which didn't make them too comfortable. They absorbed very well. I think the underwear would have been better for me. I would recommend them, they are just not for me. However the perfume smell of the pads was too strong, which I did not like. In addition, it was little bit too wide, which caused the edges hung over my undergarments and rubbed against my inner thigh. This was quite uncomfortable.
