Great for nachos and for a spicier arroz con pollo. Wish they had a milder version since not all in the family like it with that kick.

Couldn't make the well known green chili here in Southern Colorado the same with out it! It's a staple in my kitchen and we of course always have to have it when the kids want Grammies cheese dip! Love it! I'm not fond of large chunks of tomatoes and sometimes have to dice them myself when they are canned (even the petite ones) and I have never had to do that with Rotel!

The first time I ever tried this was two Christmas's ago when my grandmother served it stirred into the melted Velveeta cheese along with chips. It was so good that it has become a staple at every holiday and a holiday without Rotel Diced tomatoes and Velveeta cheese is no holiday!

I've tried several favors of Rotel and I have not been disappointed yet. I have everything from queso to fish tacos and Rotel always adds great flavor.

This is a great product! I always add it to my ground beef when I make tacos because it just gives a little extra kick! Bonus - it is Friday, taco night!!
