Quick, convenient and cooks GREAT I used to have something like this before but it didn't work very well but I was excited to get this. It is really big, which is good for cooking more at one time and that saves time. We cooked frozen hamburger patties the first time. The manual tells you the temperature for different food items and approximate cooking time. There is a turning part on the handle where you adjust the temperature and turn off when done, by turning it. There is a drip pan under the right side you can empty the grease out of when done. It actually beeps and turns green on the temp turny thing when ready and is red when not red. It also has some recipes in the manual and an insert card with more tips and recipes. I love this thing. I can cook my hamburgers, warm up garlic bread, cook bacon and I am still going to be using it for more and more. I just store it on my counter but you could store in a cupboard. You have to wait til it cools down as it does get hot on the surface. I definitely recommend trying though because it cooks great and fast! This is going to be so nice to have. It is not always the best weather to go out and bbq and I do not always want to sit in front of a fry pan or use the hot oven and heat the house. And it is smokeless and you can use it indoors. Best part is that it is easy to clean and you can remove the plates and put in dishwasher. I wash mine by hand to make sure it lasts but that is a nice feature. Again I definitely recommend.
