This product was acceptable until changes were made. It's not working. The "pad" is too short and not WIDE or THICK enough. It rolls with the slightest bit of moisture in it. The urine collects outside of it and then onto clothing. My gynecologist said had her patients complain. As far as using it at night, if you sleep on your back, the urine flows outside of it. The pad NEEDS to be longer. I tried other brands, and found the same problems. Therefore, it seems that there is nothing on the market right now that does the job.

Did not get to try it. I would have liked the opportunity.

I received a sample of Always Discreet from SheSpeaks in exchange for my honest review. I was not very happy with these at all. I was really surprised because I love all of the other Always products. The disposable underwear were way too thin. The only thing that I liked about them was that you couldn't see them through my pants. When the underwear got wet, I could smell an odor almost immediately. I will not be buying these at all.

I just received these they were a little snugged on me, but they are very absorbing. I suggest you have plus sizes for the more plus size women please other then that they are great.

I was excited to try this product because I have always loved the Always brand. I was very disappointed. I did not like the way they fitted my body the way I expected them to fit. I have a thick bottom and I think that Always would have to have a size made for more curvy bodies. I was afraid that with all of the movements I have to make during the day, I was going to risk ripping the underwear. The thing that really made me frustrated is that the padded area did not feel flat. It seemed like it got bunchy from nothing more than wear and tear. By the time I did have a small leak, I was not convinced that I would be able to use them and feel good about them and protected. Hopefully, they will adjust the future products. Pricey I liked the style and the fit of these when it came to the absorbency not so much maybe because I was a heavy wetter. I use these as I got a sample in the mail along with a coupon I had a C-section and my bladder muscles were weak disposable undergarments helped me a lot. Like I mentioned before style and comfort two thumbs up absorbency no. I found a cheaper brand that was more absorbent

I have good points and not so good points....The fit was great and they were much more comfortable that I expected. I did not care for the "light scent" that they have because I am super sensitive to ANY scents. The padding to me was a little "bulky" but it DID keep you dry.Thank you for the chance to review them..

The Always Discreet Maximum Absorbency was very bulky for my mother to wear comfortably. The absorbency was good, she still felt the need to change consistently after each use. It felt more like an adult diaper then an absorbent under garment. I agreed the product looks like it could use improvement in wear, feel, texture, absorbency and look from Always. I received the Always Discreet Maximum Absorbency Underwear from Shespeaks in exchange for my honest opinion. The first thing I noticed is the light scent and I liked it very much. The underwear fits well and does not feel bulky under my clothes. I felt that the absorbent part is a little thin and I was tensed that it would leak. But that did not happen, which means that its thin and absorbent. I am not sure about its performance in case of medium to heavy urinary incontinence. But is good for light incontinence. It is a bit on the pricey side and also it does not feel that dry afterwards. But this product is worth a try.

I wear the underwear at night as this is when I usually have leakage issues. I liked the OdorLock? technology which neutralizes urine odors. Will recommend this to my friend who cares for her elderly mother. Wish there were a large number of underwear in the packages.

I received a sample of Always Discreet from SheSpeaks in exchange for my honest review. Wearing protection is not an option, it is a necessity. Always Discreet Maximum Absorbency Underwear worked great as it was easy to pull up and is not bulky. It is comfortable if changed every couple of hours. In between diaper change, the area was washed frequently which prevented any rash. It stayed dry when I used it for shorter (3-4 hours) duration, but when I needed to use it overnight, it was a soggy mess! This is the problem with most adult diapers on the market right now. I trust Always products and would use it everyday, just not overnight!
