I looove my egg! It's probably the best thing I could have bought for my brushes. I honestly used to just use my hands to wash them. Once I used this, there was no going back. My brushes definitely thanked me

The Best Invention! BEST product for cleaning brushes fully and effectively. Cleanes deep into brushes to get every smidge of built up makeup and germs...wont clean brushes without it

Brushegg I really like this little guy. It helps clean my makeup brushes so well and in half the time it used to. Only con is i wish it were a little bigger but other than that this gets the job done.

Cleans brushes great. Gets your brushes clean faster. Afordable and small. Great for on the go.

So after noticing that washing my brushes just with the palm of my hand wasn't working so great anymore, I decided to invest on a cleaning pad/glove, but like many spending almost $40 usd on the sigma mat, well it seems a bit steep (but I have bought the smaller version with a discount code from ipsy, so it came to $15 usd, but still waiting to get it). Looking for a more affordable method I saw the brush egg on ebay, not knowing if it was original or not I bought it for $1 usd + free shipping (for the price I don't care if it is a dud). But I got just before xmas, it's the mint colored one (brushegg calls it Pantone337c; ebay green), & due to the holiday season (probably) it took 3 weeks to arrive from China. Not only was the price the deciding factor to buying it on ebay, but the fact that I could choose my color was the final factor, with the Brushegg website they send it randomly. Now the product itself, well I just washed my brushes (very needed specially after the holiday parties), and I really liked it, it made one of my brushes go back to white, and not only did it take all of the product out but it cut my cleaning time by at least half, so I am happy. I use the small knobs on top to lather and wash my small brushes,& the grooves for washing larger brushes & rinsing. And I don't use fancy brush shampoo, a couple of makeup artists recommended using a small drop of Palmolive, and this is what I use and works great, and doesn't damage the bristles. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars, is that it is a bit small for a couple of my large face brushes, but the job can still be achievable.
