I have tried nearly every acne treatment on the market - from Accutane to Proactiv to the most recent Sulfur/Sodium sulfacetamide face wash my dermatologist prescribed. Though the Sulfur/Sodium sulfacetamide wash was more effective than anything before it, even it didn't totally clear-up my skin so when I ran out the prescription, I was looking for a cheaper over-the-counter replacement. Enter this soap. WOW!! This stuff is incredible! Within the first day I could see marked improvement, and now, just 5 days in, my face is almost clear!
