I was so excited to try these as I was hoping for some change especially in my nails and skin but I started taking these over 30 days ago and they do not work. I have seen absolutely no difference in my hair, nails or skin. In fact my nails never broke so much in years then they have in the last 30 days, it is horrible. The taste is delicious so if they were gummy snacks they would be worth it but they are not. If you took these or decide to try them go and sign up for the 30 day challenge on Nature's Bounty website as if you are not satisfied they say they will give you your money back. Luckily I got to try these free.

I received this as a sample in a sample source box. I didn't like the texture. I hate tummies as they stick to my teeth. I only got a couple so I don't really know how the did for the hair, skin, nails.

Biotin Sensitivity This product may work very well for some, but it does not work at all for me. By using this product, I discovered my intolerance to biotin in any and all products. If this product causes your skin to break out into cystic acne, please be aware that it is most likely the biotin. Now, I always read labels for biotin and stay very far away from products with the ingredient.

Not recommend Used for a while didn't see any difference, spoke to my doctor and she advised it is better to use individual than combined vitamins.

upset my stomach While the flavor of these Gummi Vitamins from Nature's Bounty was nice,I had to discontinue taking them. They caused severe stomach cramps and bloating for me.

I have receive samples from this product and i can honestly not tell if it was actually working. Maybe i needed to eat the gummies constantly which i did not, but personally for me it didnt work.

These really don't work at least not for me. I took them for about 30 days and I saw no results at all with my hair, my nails really didn't get longer but they got stronger I guess. My skin was more clear before I was taking these.... Not a fan

Didn't see much change with my hair but my skin and nails were perfect once I started this product i would definitely say try it if you need help with your nails or skin

Hair ,skin,nail gummies I took these for a while when I needed help with my skin and nails but I did not notice any significant difference there was really a slight improvement ,so I think there are better products in the market that deliver better results.

No difference at all I have tried a lot of hair vitamin products and I didn't feel like a saw any difference with these. They taste good, but I don't like that they have sugar in them either. Just ok.

Good My sister loves these and I noticed that her hair and skin truly look healthier. I wish I could take them but they aren't vegetarian. That's why I am giving them three stars. I think nature's bounty needs to make more supplements for different dietary options.

Great Taste and Easy to take I have been taking these for about 6 months to help increase the strength of my nails and attempt to help thicken my hair. The taste is great and like many other gummy vitamins, they are easy to take. Since I started taking these vitamins, I have notice some small changes. My nails seem a little bit stronger and my hair is starting to feel thicker. My hair stylist has commented on the reduction in split ends which would mean it has helped strengthen my hair.

Ok Product I had a love hate relationship with these. They seemed to make my hair healthier and made it grow faster, but I didn't notice it doing anything for my nails or skin. In fact, my nails continued to crack and they would break like crazy.

Been taking these as directed every day for about a month and I haven't noticed any change in my Brittle nails. They do taste good though
