too scary!!

I had this game as a kid and it always scared me when I would hit the sides and caused it to buzz. Eventually I stopped playing with it and got rid of it when we moved.

Love this game, once you take the batteries out so you don't hear that obnoxious buzzing sound! I'm too jumpy for that noise!

This game is too hard for my 9 year old, 5 year old, and even Mom (age withheld) lol. I like the idea of focus, but the areas to use the tweezers seem too small!

Classic game that I love playing with my children.

Newest family game Recently bought for my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter. She is really enjoying the game. Granted, she's not so great at it but it is helping with her hand-eye coordination and her dexterity.

My son has always enjoyed his Spongebob Operation game. Playing Operation now, as a parent, really brings me back to my happy, carefree days as a kid!

True classic game. Have a steady hand and set yourself up for a great family fun night.

Classic !!! Scary at some points, but its classic. Will one day play with my kids.

This game is great. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because of piece size. They are easily lost, and I wish replacements were sold rather than buying another whole game. I do understand that the small size is necessary for difficult game play, though. Another idea would be bigger pieces for a child-friendly game. Children who are developing hand-eye coordination struggle greatly with this game. Heck, even I do! A game with bigger pieces and bigger holes would be better for these developing kids.

Fun for adults and kids. So glad they still make this game!!

This was always one of my favorite games to play, even though it always scared me when I made the buzzer go off! My kids are too little to play it now, but my brothers and sisters still love to play it. The downside? Those little pieces are REALLY easy to lose.

Fun game! Gets stressful at times.

Hasbro Operation is one of those games I grow up on, I have not played this game in a while. My problem with this game is you need not to be nerves or you want never win. It a really cool game, I would like to play it again one day with my grandchild to see how he like it but I wait until he turn five.
