Fine Hair// This product didn't make my hair feel clean. It removed all the body and volume from my hair and it made it very oily in appearance.

Had really high hopes for this product. After applying to my hair and working it through, I rinsed it off. Where ever the product touched my body it made me break out. A bit of a let down, since I have heard wonderful things about it. Perhaps that is just my sensitive skin.

I was looking forward to using this product. I have fine hair and this made my hair a tangled catastrophe. So disappointed.

This product made my hair very greasy. Maybe I didn't use it long enough to really see the transformation to my hair, but I just couldn't stand it for very long. Very disappointing.

Worst customer experience EVER! I did receive the initial package and liked it so I added other items to my order. The first add on package didn't arrive so I called and it was resent but the second didn't arrive either. When I called I was told they couldn't just keep sending out free products (let me remind you my credit card has been charged) and that I would be sent an affidavit to sign before they looked into WHY I didn't receive the order. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told I would have to wait15 to 20 minutes and no they couldn't call me back? When I finally did speak with the manager he explained the reason the package never was delivered was due to a postal issue. I've been in professional software sales all of my life and appreciate the challenges of customer service?. However, I have received better customer service from the 8 year old who delivers our monthly community news letter.

I tried it for two weeks and I was disappointed with the results. My hair was more tangle and drier than before I start it using it.

It makes my hair fall out not recommended! I have stopped using it and hair is doing much better!

I used Wen it smelled great but was too heavy for my hair.

My mother sent me a bottle of Wen. She absolutely loves it. I tried it for a couple of weeks and although I don't really have any complaints, I don't have any raves about it either. The bottle I have is the Cucumber Aloe I believe. I notice that I have to wash a little bit more often when I use the Wen because I scalp gets too oily, but my hair does feel good. So for me not really worth the $, but I don't think it is a bad product. (FYI, I have fine, long, wavy hair. My mother has shoulder length, curly hair.)

i used Wen for about a month and i enjoyed the minty scent and thought it made my hair feel soft. i also kinda liked the simplicity of only using one product to cleanse and condition. however, i didnt really notice any difference with the way my hair looked. i had no problems with Wen, but i will not repurchase

This wasn't a bad product but I didn't see a significant difference in my hair. As the product is a little pricey, I don't plan to repurchase it.

Ok, I bought into the hype. Now the product does work well but the bottle does not last long seeing how you have to use so much of it

I have to say that when I first tried Wen, my hair looked and felt great. Then after the second try, I noticed that there seemed to be a lot more hair in my brush when I dried it. By the third time, there were clumps of hair coming off my scalp when I towel dried it. After a bit of online research, I found out that a lot of people seemed to be having the same issues. So, I called and cancelled. Unlike other reviewers, I had no issues with customer service, they were polite and accommodating, quickly refunding my money and cancelling the account - and the woman I spoke with even acknowledged that other customers had called with the same complaints. Recently I found another brand - Renpure - that is working wonders for my hair. It isn't as thick and luxurious as Wen, but if I use it the right way (quite a lot of product, add a little water, let it sit, rinse very well) it's giving great results. All I'm using for product now is a little more in my towel dried hair prior to blow drying. The best thing - I can buy it at Target for $6.99 a bottle!

Made a lot of my hair fall out, and my hair felt overly greasy within a day!

I have a love-hate relationship with Wen Cleansing conditioners. I have tried different Wen conditioners and I feel they work for a couple of weeks and after that the hair gets too greasy, even using all the amount of product advised. The one conditioner I do like, is the 6Thirteen treatment, this one does not make my hair greasy at all. My hair looks healthy, shiny, and with natural volume. The only downside for me, it is the price.
