I used it on my legs... and it worked tremendously... i took awhile... but my legs are silky smooth... and instead of having to shave every 2 days now it's like every 4 or 5...

I was very disapointed with this product. Did NOT remove any hair from my body.

The product is okay but i prefer the razor and the waxing since you get better results.....

I bought Smooth Away because my sister in law and I were curious if it worked. I am one who hates to shave my legs. I tried this out on my rather hairy legs, and it worked pretty good. Although you will get a little better results with an actual razor, it did work. Although most people think this would feel like sand paper, it doesn't.

it actually works well but it's time consuming and takes several pads to get rid of hair on one leg.

This product is okay for small areas. I use it on my arms, and it's weird because it removes the dark hairs but if I look closely I could still see hair which is okay for me because I just want it to look like I don't have any hair on my arms. And it does make it super smooth. I did try it on my leg and I didn't like it too much for that area. I also tried it above my lips where that mustache would be and it worked but made it look like my skin was irritated and I'm sure that it did get irritated. But for my arms I would definitely buy it again. The pad doesn't last too long either. I could use one pad on one arm and maybe a little on the other.

i thought it worked ok, but even better if you have the NoNo! the thing they sell on HSN to remove hair with 'patented thermocon technology' lol they got me so good i know that..... they send you buffing pads which are VERY expensive to rebuy like 25 dollars for 4 of them or something like that, well guess what the Smooth Away is the SAME thing....so if you have the NoNo! the Smooth aways are good replacement pads. Also i havent noticed they will only do one good shave each pad...im sure you mean roughly, but still i guess i didnt really use them for both legs completley but i thought they would last longer :(

This is just fine sand paper. It is not good for people with normal or dry skin, but....my mother has psorisis on her legs and cannot use a razor so this product has been great for her.

Was surprised at how well it worked. And I didn't experience any pain at all. Definitely need to make sure the are is dry and clean of any moisturizer. Must put on moisturizer after using the product though. I wouldn't use it as a replacement for shaving. It is great for touchups if I don't have time to shave.

I actually like this product, it does take a bit of work and leaves your skin ashy but it's great to stick in your bag in case you forget to shave your legs. I would be hesitant to use it on my face but love to us it on my legs. Gets all the hair as long as you use circular motions.

Amazingly enough I liked this product. It's convenient if you don't have time to shave your legs, but leaves your skin a little dry/ashy. You can irritate your skin if you press too hard, especially on your face.

this actually worked on my arms but not on my legs. For people with thick coarse hair i would recommend something else.

This was the most bizarre gift I have ever received, it did work for me but only on the first use. It ground the hair on my knees and shins fairly even and into a gritty white dust. But as for my thighs and underarms it did absolutely nothing. You do receive an additional buffer pad but even switching to the new pad made no difference. I do not recommend you buy this product.
