I do not wear eye makeup without first applying Urban Decay's Primer Potion. It is an amazing product that essentially absorbs oil, preventing the dreaded crease that often appears halfway through the day with eyeshadow alone. Another problem often experienced with eyeshadows is that the color one sees in the packaging is very rarely the color that one sees once the color is applied to the eyelid. Primer Potion magically makes any eyeshadow color brighter and truer, so the color you see is the color you get. This makes Primer Potion a standout against other eyeshadow primers. This product was recommended to me by a Sephora employee, which made me a bit wary. However, after applying a heavy dosage of shadow atop a coat of Primer Potion, and stepping out of a steaming shower with my makeup completely intact and flawless, I was sold. Another application I use this product for is to aid in concealing pimples. When applied under makeup, it absorbs excess oil, helping to dry out the blemish, and adheres to the concealer, completely eliminating redness. Urban Decay makes two versions of Primer Potion, Ultra-Sheer Nude, and Champagne. I have only used the Nude. The Champagne is brand new and looks as though it would ass a hint of sparkle to anything applied over it.

This product has consistently kept my eye shadow from creasing by the end of the day. Amazing product! Does make it a little difficult to blend, but completely worth it!

This is a great product, worth the money!

I love, love this stuff! It's like glue for eyeshadow - but not in a gross sticky way. It's like glue in that the shadow glides right on and stays on without any ugly crease marks halfway through the day.

i was skeptical at first... didnt wanna spend the money on a makeup product that wouldnt even be "seen" but as soon as i caved in and bought it.... i have never looked back... absolutely the best investment in eye makeup!

I discovered this product couple of years ago and absolutely love it I have tried many high end eye lid primers since then but I always come back to this one.Recommended it to 5 of my friends and they are hooked on it too.

I just bought a eye shadow quad at Sephora which came with the primer potion from the urban decay kit & it worked wonderfully. My make up is hard to get off though when using a primer which is good sometimes because if I don't feel like taking off all of my make up I can get up in the morning and put on my foundation and leave my eyes be.

The most amazing eye shadow primer I have ever tried I have a large and travel size so i can always have it with me. It is amazing by lasting all day and bringing out deeper colors of the shadows.

I got the supersize - my next purchase will be the "sin". Don't forget to cut your bottles open because there is still a lot of product inside. Get one of those lipgloss tube (with brush) to put it in!!

I have tried other high end primers and they didn't work as well as this one. I work in a cosmetic store and have tried LOTS. I think it was rated #1.

I love his primer but not the package I feel this primer gives a pop to my eye shadows and it actually stays on for a very long time with no crease I'm so happy it's worth the money for sure

This product is fantastic and well worth the money. Yes, it is a tad more costly, but so worth it because it works. It allows your eyeshadow to last longer throughout the day and not fade or get ruined with creases. It doesn't take too much product to cover the eyelids, so the bottle will last you a decent amount of time. I love the new wand shape because you get more product out of the bottle that way. I also want to add that although I love the design of the bottle, I can't get as much product out of it as Shadow Insurance. I love it anyways. The one in Sin is gorgeous!
