Fresh Guacamole for Summer

Makes: 0 1big bowl

Description: This is a very tasty guacamole recipe that is good for any barbeque or just to enjoy with chips while watching football games or any other favorite program.

Ingredients:
2 medium  avocados
2 small  green tomatillos
3  jalapeños
1 medium  red onion
1 big  cucumber
1 bunch  cilantro
3 medium  red rip tomatoes
1 tsp  sea salt
1 1/2 or 2 cups  water

Instructions: Cut the red tomatoes, cilantro, cucumber and the red onion into small pieces and mix all together.

Put the avocados, jalapenos, tomatillos and the sea salt in the blender with 1 1/2 cup of water and blend it for 3 minutes.

When it is ready, add to the other mix and taste it for spiciness or saltiness (for me, I love the guacamole very spicy). I hope you enjoy this yummy recipe!!
