I used to LOVE wine but here lately whenever I drink it I get a headache. I've read that there is a certain ingredient in wine that may be the cause of this. I would love to know if there's anything out there for those of us who want to drink without the headaches :/

I've heard it has to do with sulfates! Try an organic wine or switch to white if you're drinking read.

I agree on the white wine. I also have that problem sometimes.

Have you seen the swirly sticks this year that remove sulfites to hide headaches!?!? Google them! They're on Amazon I think!!
