Hey girl! I just thought I would throw a reply out there for ya! I'm not dark tone skinned but, I think the better the quality of eyeshadow would be better for a dark skin eyeshadow because of not only the formula being able to blend better but because of the pigment!!! Those are the best combination in a good eye shadow. Try using Urban decay and Kat von D and other really pigmented shadows. Also loose pigment eyeshadows allow for you decide the amount of product . Try ones with shimmer, foiled, & matte. If you mix the different textures it can create depth and give a good appearance of color application. Anyways I hope any of this helps. Good luck and have a nice weekend!! Xo

I like Sephora brand, maybe try that? I'm personally not dark skinned tone but the eyeshadows go on thick in my opinion

If you go to ulta they will let you try out eye shadows and many of the urban decay palets have very pigmented colors that show on anyones skin.

If you are looking for high pigmented, drugstore price make up I suggest you start with Bh Cosmetics. They are good quality, reasonably priced make up bh cosmectics and colorpop.
