I'm going to try the push-up challenge because I'd love to be stronger. But I just did 5 push-ups and it was already hard, so I know this is going to be tough. Determined to finish!

I'm trying to do the gratitude challenge, as well as a challenge to be more active and live more! So far I have been trying to do more, stay busy and walk more. I also make sure I tell people how thankful I am for them and try to find ways to show my gratitude more. I also have been tracking my movements and my kids and I have a little dance party every day. It is fun and easy for us to be active without getting bored or it feeling like work. #SheSpeaksChallenge #entry

I'd love to do that but I'm not sure I can commit to it every day. I have no arm strength so it would be nice. Maybe I can get my kids to do it with me and make it more fun. I will try

Love the idea of getting the kids to do it too. I have a 10 and a 6 year-old, and I think they will get into it. I'll try it with them tonight. (Plus, my 6-year old's push-ups are so adorable, with his butt up in the air!)

I want to do 30-45 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week to improve my endurance.

I have held on to 80 extra pounds of weight for 8 years. This is my year to let it go. I am participating in a work challenge as well as a challenge at our local hospital. I am tracking food and calories. Working out. Drinking water. Sleeping. For the first week I am down 4 pounds and I'm very happy with that progress!

I want to lose 15 lbs., drink more water & get active again! I've set a goal of a 5k this summer to keep me motivated!
