What candy do you typically give out to Trick-or-Treaters and why? Do you buy your own favorites? Do you buy candy you don't like so you don't eat it all? Do you buy what's on sale?

I usually choose a couple of the bigger medley bags because of the assortment (TWIX, Kit Kats, Candy Corn, Sour Patch Kids etc). Often times, when I head to the store, I listen and watch what the kids are buying or asking their parents/guardians to buy. This year, I am adding twizzlers to the mix - even though we aren't sure anyone will be going door-to-door this year; there were lots of requests for Twizzlers.
