This is a difficult time for everyone. How are you feeling? What are you doing to maintain communication with others?

We have been feeling anxious, depressed and worried this uncertain times but life has to go on. We communicated thru texting, telephone calls and waving to our friends and neighbors due to social distancing.

I have been watching a lot of movies and television, working out at home and just spending time with my cats.

I am calling my parents every two days to make sure they are doing ok as I can't go visit them weekly like I normally do because of the virus and not wanting to share unfamiliar germs with them. I spoke to them from 6 feet away last Saturday but it was really weird and I did not like it. I miss hanging out with them and hope that this pandemic is over really soon. I know that we need lots of warm weather to kill the virus. I am only shopping if I feel the store is not very busy as I have anxiety really bad and do not want a panic attack while I am shopping. I miss going to restaurants and find it hard to figure out what meals to eat as I am not feeling hunger yet know I need to eat.

I am social distancing, wear a masks, gloves, carrying wipes and hand sanitizer with me everywhere. Since we started phrase 1, I have noticed many people are not social distancing, or even worried about catching the virus. You could have the virus and not even know it and be giving it to someone else. It is so scary. I am using social media to stay in touch with people, calling, etc. However, I have so many things to do, I am trying to get all of the things I need to do done.
