What goals have you made for yourself and how are you planning to achieve them?

I am working toward a trip to Australia to see my favorite tv series being filmed next year. Since it is at least an 11 hour flight from where I live I am exercising and dieting so that I will be thin enough to be comfortable on the plane. I am also researching Australia (history, culture, etc) because I will only get to go there once. I'm also trying to convince a friend to go with me.

I am working towards helping people with mental illness that need support, love, and someone who understands. I do understand because I too have a mental disorder. Giving them hope and a little peace in their lives to help them move towards their recovery. Lifting them up when they are down. Putting the positive in their lives when they live with such a negative disorder that always puts you down. Help family members that know a loved one with mental health issues. Giving them the tips that helped me and still help me and them giving me tips to myself to get me through some of my negative thoughts to keep me from relapsing. To raise as much awareness about these mental demons and help stop the stigma that surrounds mental illness. Together we can make a difference in people's lives. Sarah wwwmentalillnesssucks.com

I?ve been clearing out my old craft supplies and projects to make room for the new and to focus on weaving and fibers only. It?s really helping my focus and anxiety. It feels great to let go and simplify.
