I would like to accomplish eating healthier, making smart financial decisions, and getting back in shape. I believe achieving those three things has a positive domino affect on so many other aspects in life; like a stress free mama and long term overall health!

I cant do much physically right now but I am doing the drinking 5 bottles if water a day and also writing down 10 things Im grateful for daily. Its amazing if we really think about it how many blessings we have even in the middle of the craziness life throws at us!

I am trying to drink more water and cut out sugar drinks. I am also going to gym lifting weights 4 days a week to hopefully tone up. Would like to lose weight or inches would be nice. I am recently joined the Over the Hill gang (42) and noticed metabolism has almost stopped!!

Another day at the gym. Ran for an hour and then did 100 sit ups, so far so good. Still going to the gym and I feel my strength increasing.
