Congrats! While my kids are still young (but not too young to complain about taking walks!), my husband and I have to exercise alone, but we've talked about taking walks together at night one day. Enjoy them!

So true. Shoveling is way more fun than the treadmill, but still great exercise. Though I guess I can say that because it doesn't snow where I live very often!

Anyone doing the push-up challenge? How's it going for you? I actually got to 26 push-ups yesterday, I couldn't believe it. I was so out of breath after, but I never thought I could do this many!

Still going well. Some days are better than others but I keep going. I am doing a couple of challenges, one is graditude, writing what Im thankful for each day and trying to do something to help someone else. Both of these are wonderful for me. Its so easy to think of your self on a daily basis and think of how much better life could be. But when you actually list what your grateful for its just amazing how Blessed I am with simple things that make my life more at peace. Helping others is awesome. Im also drinking lots of water which makes me feel healthier and its definitely flushing out my body, lol! Hope Everyone is doing they're best and feeling the great results whatever your challange may be!!😏
