I tell my friends and family who I'm voting for. I share it on social media. I'm usually a precinct worker and was asked to be a precinct official this year, but this year I couldn't take part out of sheer astonishment. I'm supporting Hillary and I'm proud of that. I love what the Democratic party has been doing and the progress they have made with their executive candidates so far. I can't say the same for the Republican party as it seems to keep going down a darker path with a lot of social disgust being elicited. I am disgusted every day with what Donald Trump has said and continues to draw out of people. It's not the America I want, he truly is deplorable: deserving strong condemnation. Anyway, I think it's important to discuss these topics and take them seriously. You should be passionate about your government. Remember to vote from the bottom-up! Your community is as important as Congress & the President. It's who we choose to represent ourselves. Take advantage of early voting!

I'm pretty open about who I am voting for as well as why. As far as how feel when others are voting differently, it really depends on who and even more so the why they've made that choice. I must admit there was once the conversation got a little heated, unfortunately misinformation isn't hard to come by online.

I always mention who I'm voting for when it comes up, but always have a reason behind my vote.

Yes I am open to who I am voting for! IF someone wants to know I will surely tell them. I am not ashamed to stand up for what I believe in

I only tell my family and closest friends who I am voting for. If they disagree with me, I explain to them in a very logical and factual way why I am voting for the candidate that I am voting for and why I am not voting for the other candidates. I don't go around telling all my friends who I am voting for, just a select few.

Yes, I will tell them if they ask. I don't feel angry or act differently toward them if they say they are voting differently, but I usually think to myself that they are "CRAZY"!! Ha ha!

unavoidable topic, I don't avoid it except with the one friend I have who went from Bernie to trump. That's actually been a bit difficult- I try to avoid the topic as much as possible (which is difficult since he often brings it up and our friendship has largely Vern based on lively debates. Don't want wreck a friendship over this kind of thing) Usually the conversations with friends, family and acquaintances/strangers ranges from the deplorable political punditry and disappointment over the two party system. I'd say 80-90% of people i talk to would like to vote for Johnston or Stein but are two scared of a trump presidency to do so.
