I never reveal who I am voting for to anyone I worked with or to students when I was a teacher, but I do tell my family and if a friend asks. I never try to influence another person's vote because a vote is a personal decision! I never ask someone who they are voting for either. If someone brings it up and wants to discuss then I will always respectfully. If they get disrespectful or start spouting lies then I change the topic.

Depending on the person and the situation, I can discuss who I am voting for. Some people have their mind so set they want to hear nothing about another candidate. You kind of have to chose those battles wisely! Never talk with grandpa about this!

I tell others about my preferred candidate if they ask. If they prefer a different candidate, it's okay. I am open to hearing different points of view.

Only my husband, immediate family, and my very best friend. Mum's the word otherwise. But interestingly I have had plenty of people tell me because they assume I think the same way as them. I don't tell them they're wrong or opposite of me, I just smile and change the subject quickly.

Just with family. I leave friends and others out if it. Don't want to make enemies.

I don't tell anyone who I'm voting for, period. What happens at the polls stays at the polls. If you can't tell based on my personality who I'm leaning towards, don't expect me to say anything.

I talk about it with my husband, kids, parents, and sisters. I usually react disappointed when someone says they are voting for a different candidate and then try to talk them out of it by asking them for reasons why they would do so and providing them with an alternative point of view.
