Everyone i know is going crazy over coconut oil i am still not sure where to buy it, what form to get it in and whats the best used for it?

Coconut oil is a natural moisturizer. The best one to buy is an organic or natural type.

cold pressed, organic, extra virgin, unrefined. Makes a great moisturizer on legs after shaving, oil pulling, hair treatment.

I make my own coconut oil, that is all I use on my skin. This product helps with the tighten of your skin.Everyone has this product to expensive, making it so easy. My after product I make  a body scrub, a cocunut and tumeric body scrub, just awesome.

I use coconut for various things such as my hair, face and body moisturizer, and cooking.
