The always seek out anything lemony! A great thing to make for bake sales are cake mix cookies, very cheap and inexpensive, but there are so many possibilities. I like the lemon cake mix cookies with cream cheese icing.

cookie bars. they are easy to make, and as long as there is no chocolate, they are fine sitting out. the ones I make use a base of Pillsbury roll cookie dough, so very simple. but yummy!

No bake cake pops are great! They taste good and are fun and easy to make! You also do not need a cake pop mold!

Easy bar cookies. We also added even though not baked chocolate covered pretzel sticks and home made candy lollipops to our sale it was a big hit with the kids.
